Come and enjoy this recently renovated penthouse in AQUATIKA, the most exclusive resort style apartment complex in Puerto Rico. Designed for the enjoy of the entire family, it's the perfect place to relax, enjoy the sun and the stunning amenities featuring 5 pools including a river pool, hot tubs, beach direct access, tennis, basketball, volleyball, and mini golf courts, and playgrounds. With a workstation and high-speed internet, this condo can also be the perfect place to work remotely. AQUATIKA is just a few minutes away from several local restaurants, beach bars, pharmacies, and mini marts. Major supermarkets, outlets malls and fast-food joints are 5-15 minutes drive from the complex.

This two-story spacious penthouse apartment has a stunning view. It is on a third floor overlooking the relaxing river pool and beautiful gardens through its oversized windows. The property features plenty of space for a large family or group of friends.

Caribbean Breeze – The Penthouse has 3 bedrooms; master room with private bathroom, queen size bed and Smart TV, two additional rooms; one with a full bed and one with a bunk bed (full-size bottom bed and twin-size top bed), shared full bathroom. The three bedrooms have very comfortable mattresses and high-quality linen.

Our unit is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with all the essentials you will need to feel at home. We provide shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, pool and bath towels, smart TVs, George Foreman BBQ Electric Grill and plenty of seating and table space to eat, read or get some work done.

The kitchen is fully equipped with very modern appliances and a dishwasher. It is fully stocked to whip up the perfect meal. The unit has air conditioning in EVERY single space. This condo is also equipped with FREE High-Speed internet, Wi-Fi throughout the entire apartment and rooftop.

The penthouse has a second level with a lounge and a private relaxing rooftop patio. The lounge features a designated workspace with a desk and a comfortable desk chair to accommodate guests who are working remotely. This amenity, along with high-speed internet plus Wi-Fi, makes this condo a unique option for remote workers. The lounge area has a sofa bed to complete the 8-max sleeping arrangement on the apartment, a Smart TV, and a half bathroom. Enjoy family table games including Dominoes, Trouble, Monopoly, Life, JENGA, playing cards and other fun games to make memories that last a lifetime.

The rooftop patio is very private and discrete with a seating and dining area, firepit, tanning chairs and much more. Enjoy sunrises off the fully equipped private rooftop patio overlooking the iconic National Rainforest “El Yunque”. Experience the unique ambiance of ocean breeze nights by the firepit sharing with friends and family. Our rooftop patio amenities make it perfect for a private outdoor experience.

A car is strongly recommended as Taxi/UBER service or public transportation is limited around the complex. The unit has two assigned parking spaces located right in front of the stairs that take you to the apartment.

Great Roomy Condo

Our unit was very clean and refreshing! The owner communicated effectively from start to finish, we could not connect however via the wi-fi after multiple attempts 🙃 I’d highly recommend for any future traveler whose bringing along both small and adolescent aged children. EXCELLENT!

Our family of 7 (5 kids ages 15-24) had a wonderful time at the Penthouse property! We appreciated not staying in the big city so we could experience the true Puerto Rican culture. Each place we visited, the locals were so friendly! Most evenings we spent on the rooftop enjoying the view by the firepit or by playing games. The convenience store located right at the property's entrance was very convenient if we needed to grab a few items. The property was exactly as described and even more beautiful in person. Thank you, Lilly, for sharing this gem with us!

Amazing

I traveled with my family a group of six and when I say we were all comfortable the place was very big in size. The pics online do not do justice to the place in person the place was even more beautiful. Well decorated and all the supplies needed to be able to enjoy your stay. The owner Lily was a great host.

Great accommodations

I visit Puerto Rico every year and I often travel with a relatively large group of co-workers. This penthouse condo in Loiza is conveniently located and has plenty of space for a group of up to 6. the apartment has all of the necessary things you need for comfort and the resort is well kept and very safe.

Perfect vacation!

We had a fantastic three weeks at Aquatika. The unit felt like someone’s home rather than a basic unit. Our family spent a lot of time in the awesome pools. We also found some amazing nearby beaches which were never crowded. We can highly recommend a nearby restaurant named El Parilla. Fantastic drinks and food! Hats off to our hosts for providing a great place and meeting the needs of the toddler in our family,

Beautiful Penthouse A++

Our group of 2 families with 2 teens had a wonderful stay at Lilly‘s place. The condo was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, had all of the amenities: dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric grill, airfryer, outdoor fireplace, beach chairs, balls, games, etc. The grounds of the complex were immaculately kept, pools we’re all open and great, the private beach was spectacular with warm water and soft sand. The host was very accommodating and had excellent communication, she went above and beyond in answering all of our questions and addressing our party’s request. I would highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Rest, Relaxation and Family Time

This penthouse condo was thoughtfully stocked with minor amenities and decorated in a tranquil, welcoming way, creating a great space for family time. The host provided clear check-in and check-out procedures. They were flexible and accommodated our specific check-in and check-out needs. The property has lots of activities - true to the photos. This is not a five-star resort; however, our condo was well-decorated, clean, and comfortable. The host thought of the little details, such as everything you need for a day at the beach. I recommend a car. It is a gated community, and we felt safe. The grounds staff were helpful and polite. The surrounding area is not a tourist community, so if that is the experience you're looking for, this might not fit you. For our group of eight, this location was a good balance. For more tourist experiences we drove 30 -40 minutes. We had a great time and would definitely book with this host again!
