«The place was great in a great location beaches down the street restaurants are all around. If we needed something we would call and then get right back to us. Other than the parking we were told we weren't allowed to park in front of the building but there was several cars parked there and we have the email to prove it there was a minor hiccup the last day and a half that we were there there was a foul smell apparently coming from another apartment»

I would definitely recommend it for someone who is lowkey to save Money and if you’re going to mainly be out exploring this is the right fit . Accesible TV, WIFI , Clean Showers and Accesible to Kitchen and Bathroom with Shampoo ,Conditioner , and Body Wash. They left me a brand new tooth paste and mouthwash ! Thank you Otium Residentials.»

«This place is great! Bit expensive but you are definitely paying for the location. Unfortunately through no fault of the host there was an issue in San Juan with water service and our last day through next day checkout there was no water. Hope things return to normal. Overall great place.»

«So the stay here was mostly awesome. The place is very nice and has a great patio to sit out on. A/C was nice and cold and it is basically less than a block to the beach. The only problem was the check in and lack of communication from the host. I did not get any check in information until I emailed about it the morning of the day we would be flying. I did get a door code but was told to call him when we got to the hotel which was going to be around 11:30pm which he knew. Well when we called, ...
