I was first in room 205 the toilet clogged late at night. Things started coming up through the toilet and the water kept rising. My fiancé notified them that night and they offered us to stay in 207 for the night or to make a permanent switch. They said house keeping and listener wouldn’t be able to do anything about it that night. We decided just to switch rooms. The same issue happened in 207. My fiancé notified them again around 7am. No house keepers were there until 9am they said. The manager called me on the phone and was extremely rude. Implying it was our fault. I told him obviously you have plumbing issues here and of course he said no they never gave. I decided to look in the back of the toilet to find that they use a very old system which has been recalled for pretty much exploding and people have gotten hurt over it. There was absolutely no water in the back of the toilet. 3 people including the manager came up to my room to look at the toilet. They kept plunging it but the water continued to rise. He was even yelling at the house keeper in my bathroom as if it was her fault. He kept asking me very rudely what are you putting down the toilets and I answered more than once saying only the toilet paper you provide. And when I told him he was very rude and had a bad attitude he said he wasn’t and it’s a simple question what am I putting down his toilets as if I am stupid or something. We booked a whole week and this is how we were treated.
