«This is a clear 5 star VRBO, nicely furnished (homey, comfortable) and with a well equipped kitchen. The enclosed backyard is a delightful secluded spot to sit with a book or a beverage, and the location is excellent, in a quiet residential neighborhood just two blocks from the beach. Pro's: clean, location, connection with property owner.Con's: Walk up is rough if you need the hand rail (rust, ooof that hurt), garage is narrow as shown in property pics, just beware. And ohhhh... the mattresses in the 2nd bedroom, i have slept on better otdoor camping cot's. Ouch. »

«Street parking was easy. The location is close to the beach. Pull out mattress is as advertised, but additional pillows would be nice. Overall is felt clean, the floor felt like it could use a good sweep/vacuum though. »
