«Host was excellent with communication. Views of the ocean are amazing both from living room, kitchen cafe area and of course your ocean-front patio. A grill and nice chairs and tables w umbrellas on patio. Boardwalk backs up to patio wall then the beach is right there. So convenient both to walk the boardwalk (and watch walkers, riders, dogs) and instant access to the ocean. Kitchen has what you need. Nice sized frig/freezer. Both a coffee pot and Keurig - take your own coffee and bottled water ...
