«Great location! It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do in San Diego, which made getting around really easy. The place appeared clean overall, though it could have used a little more attention to detail. The rooftop was a nice bonus and a great place to relax. Host provided earplugs to wear at night since it's so close to the airport.»

«The property is a hidden gem. Directly across from the fantastic Balboa park. We were able to walk both to the downtown area and the Zoo. There are such great food options literally just around the corner and down the block. The living space itself was great. Clean, well maintained and well furnished. The communication with the host was fast and top-notch. There is gated parking available for an additional fee and I would recommend taking the step of getting a spot for ease of parking and peace ...

«This is a dive. Looks like an old motel that was bought and allowed to fall into disrepair. Terrible location, only accessible through a gas station parking lot, street folks in front of lobby with a fighting breed dog, room was about 8( degrees during a Heat Warning spell, chipped paint, filthy bathroom. «When the price is too good to be true, you're not going to end up where you think you will. Hotel was run down and the room smelled, floor was dirty and the walls and floors were covered in damage. Pros were that the AC blew cold and water was hot. That's about it. Never again.»

«We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. It was just a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants, so we rarely had to drive anywhere. Check-in was easy, and the host had great communication throughout our stay. We’d definitely stay here again!»
