«This place was lovely and very kid friendly. Our daughter loved the pool and had a blast. There were a few things that caught me off guard though: 1. The facility is also a timeshare place and they were pushing this option. 2. There were a lot of homeless people living on the surrounding streets including a few buildings that had been burned out around us. It was unexpected. »

«Overall, the stay was fine and the location was good with a Starbucks and grocery (old fashioned term) store right down the street. The code used for all the doors was kind of a pain because it was six digits that at certain times you have to use at the front door, on the elevator, and at your room. The rooms, while modern and clean, were lacking in some areas. The night stands were tiny, very little place to put your clothes if you unpack, and one towel bar and small vanity in the bathroom. «Room was clean and adequate. Check-in was quick and easy with on-site parking for a reasonable additional charge. There were notes about freeway/construction noise, but I didn't find them to be at all disturbing, more of a distant white noise that was drowned out by the sound of the AC if you have it on. «Kasa Little Italy was a sanctuary for us. It was stylish, clean and quiet. We were on a longer roadtrip and the washing and drying of clothes was a good refresher for us. The only drawback was that the pull-out couch was hard to sleep on and I wouldn’t recommend that for a longer stay. Other than that it was the perfect stay for a vacation in the city.
