The over 1200 sqm property, with the detached villa completely surrounded by a garden, offers secluded tranquility with the utmost comfort.
Villa Vista Mar II was built in the bungalow style. The living space is therefore all on one floor. The villa offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms have double beds with en-suite bathrooms (directly connected bathrooms in the adjoining room), and one single bedroom with the option of a second pull-out bed for a second person.
Villa Vista Mar 2 also has a second living room with a sofa bed. This provides ample space for a total of 8 people. The villa can therefore be booked for 8 people, but can be used for 8 people at no extra charge.
The villa offers a stunning view of the sea. A special structure was specially constructed for the spectacular positioning of the hot tube. Not only do you have incredible sea views from the pool, but you can also enjoy unforgettable panoramic views over the sea all the way to Fuerteventura directly from the whirlpool/hot tube.
Of course, Villa Vista Mar 2 also offers plenty of space to relax and have fun. In addition to the sun-covered pergola with a BBQ grill, there is a large terrace with a lounge and a second dining table, as well as a pool area with sun loungers. The sun terrace by the whirlpool and the two living rooms with three sofas offer space to relax.

All bedrooms, along with the living rooms, are equipped with TVs and streaming apps, including the ability to access Netflix, Amazon Prime, PlutoTV, and many other streaming services (DAZN, Disney+, and many more).
The villa also features a Alexa music streaming speakers, as well as a kitchen robot, fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, blender, fruit press, microwave, double-door refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, and much more.
The 32 sqm pool with Roman steps and the 5-person whirlpool/hot tub are the perfect place to relax. The pool measures 8 meters by 4 meters and has a depth of 0.80 cm, dropping to 1.30 meters. It is solar-heated year-round, reaching a temperature of 28 to 30 degrees C in the summer months and 22 to 24 degrees C in the winter months from November to May. The pool also has an electric heater, allowing it to be heated to 28 to 30 degrees C even in the winter months. If you would like additional electric heating for the pool during the winter months, this is available for an additional weekly fee of EUR 155.

• The nearest beach is Playa Matagorda and is located about 7 km from the villa.
• The nearest supermarket is HiperDino and is located about 4 km from the villa.
• A taxi ride to the airport and to Playa Honda, where the nearest and very large beach, Playa Matagorda, is located, costs approximately 10 euros.

• The villa has an alarm system, which must be activated upon leaving the villa! The property is under video surveillance.
• The furnishings are not to be rearranged and should remain in their original location.
• The interior furnishings and furniture in the villa are not suitable for outdoor use, nor are they permitted to be taken outside.
• Bath towels are provided, one small and one large per person. Beach towels are not provided. Guests are responsible for providing their own shower and toiletries. However, there is usually already some equipment in the villa from previous tenants.
• For the fully automatic coffee machine, you will need coffee beans, which you can easily purchase in supermarkets or which may already be provided by previous tenants. The same applies to detergent and dishwashing liquid.
• We would like to point out again that the pool can be electrically heated during the winter months for an additional fee of EUR 155 per week and must be requested at least one week in advance of arrival. This is to ensure a heat supply.
• Please observe appropriate hygiene when using the pool and hot tub. Hot tubs are generally very warm, which causes bacteria to spread quickly and quickly affect the water quality. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that you always shower before use. This also applies to the heated pool!
• Please do not make any changes to the technical settings; professional staff are hired for this.
The air conditioning is time-controlled and is available during meal times and in the evenings. This can be booked as an upgrade for 15 EUR per day, 24/7. The pool can also be heated for an additional weekly fee of 155.25 EUR, so you can enjoy it warmly. We generally recommend this during the months of October to May.
