We reserved a room, but due to poor service and smell, we did not stay at this hotel (Apartment/door 20 in building G) because they stopped all communication with us at 8:10 pm on Sunday night. We never did see anyone who was the owner, manager, or employee. On their last text on whatsapp, they asked me to send them a photo of their modem and we never heard from them again. Their wifi / internet service was not working and they expected me to provide tech support to get their wifi operational. The TV never did connect because we were without wifi, their breakfast would be something that looked like crackers and at least one day old bread, they offered apricot juice as the only juice for breakfast, there was no TV in the bedroom, there were no lamp shades on the bedside lamps - only light bulbs, the pillows were flat, and there was an unpleasant smell. I have been traveling for my job since 1985, and this was the first time I had to leave a hotel I checked into without staying the night. About the only good thing I can say about this hotel, is they did have what appeared to be fresh milk available for breakfast. They may have had coffee, but we are not coffee drinkers. I don't do reviews, but thought I need to warn others considering this hotel. I asked for a refund, but they never responded to me. I would give them zero stars if that was an option.
