«Pool water was very warm. Lots of spots to sit at the pool. Very clean propety. Food was very good. Greet to relax by the ocean on the free lounge chairs. Nice sandy beach and water was crystal clear. Great to fiscover the Money Bar restaurant ( its not part of the all inclusive). We fidnt get to see any of the monkeys along the Monkey trail.»

«The room was outdated, smelling old, but clean. They are planning a remodel later this year. Restaurants, bars, pools and grounds were excellent! There are chaise lounges on the beach, but no umbrellas. A few trees offer shade, but are mostly overtaken by local vendors who have “shops” there. The staff was wonderful, trying to accommodate every wish we had.»

«What stands out about this resort is the comfort of the rooms and the serving staff. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The staff are very attentive. These two main points offset the downsides to this resort. The plumbing is terrible. The toilet needed maintenance and, if not messed with every single time it’s used, it would continue to flush. We were lucky if the showers had any hot water, luke warm at BEST. 50% of the time there wasn’t enough pressure to properly shower and a couple times ...

«This is a gorgeous property but not as all inclusive as you'd think for the price.They try to get you to a timeshare meeting when you arrive but they aren't too pushy. Then, as you go, you find out there are a lot of "yes, buts". For example, we asked a bartender if we could take a bottle of wine back to our room with us and he said yes just call room service. So we did and they said the limit was 2 glasses and it would be a 45 minute wait. The staff were friendly but you had to pay mucho out of ...

«We were very pleased with the property itself and the staff. They were very accommodating and let us check in early. Breakfast was excellent and it was nice having coffee or tea available during the day. The only issue was the noise from traffic while we were outside by the pool. I didn't realize the hotel was on a busy road when I booked it.»

«We stayed four days in April 2026. The property is wonderful, with an extensive beach, great pool and wonderful staff. The restaurant is very good, lots of variety and lots of food. Breakfast was wonderful with fresh fruit and a good menu. Our room was clean and the Air Conditioning was good. The hounds are extensive, trees, shrubs and Howler monkey in the trees. Would stay there again. »

«Hotel Villa Acacia in Playa Hermosa was a great pick for us and I recommend this place for accommodations. Very quiet, lovely grounds, nice small pool area, and our room suited our need. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts included was a bonus and was delicious. Location was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. »

«Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly. Room was clean. Air conditioned work. This hotel was more than a four star. Standard room is small. We upgraded to the junior suite and enjoyed it immensely. Beach 5 minute walk. restaurants 3 minutes. Grocery stores across the street. »

«A beautiful stay in Guayacan. Staff very helpful. Grace was our favourite, she spent time teaching our children Spanish and made us feel very welcome every time. We had an issue with the water but this wouldn't put us off staying here again. A unique experience that we really loved. Food was delicious, go half board if you can. The rooms need an extra air con unit on the bunkbeds side, but if you have the unit on all day and shut the curtains it's fine. Don't be put off by the drive up to the ...
