«The public areas of the hotel are very nice and well maintained. The pools are plentiful and shade is readily available. I did not go to the beach. Too hot for me. Our room was clean. Nice balcony on the garden view. Furnishings and decor is dated and tired but the hotel has a major update planned so will get better soon. «So the place in general is beautiful. The view is amazing, and the pool area is very nice. This is an all inclusive hotel…..the food is horrible though. We had to go eat out for dinner just because we couldn’t with the food. No variety, and it was just not good at all. We went with our toddler and there was no kid appropriate food, we saw some other kids just eat plain rice and they were complaining too. «The casita was better than expected. The kitchen was fully equipped and the beds were very comfortable. In the heat, good ac was also a plus although an afternoon breeze always came in to cool things down. Sara at the restaurant was wonderful and Cesar and Jacky assisted us with our questions and a wonderful tour we took. »

«The property was great - the glamping dome had everything we needed for a short stay, and everything in good condition. There's a small fridge, shelving space, tea and coffee facilities, a tv, and bathroom with shower. The dome got really hot during the day, but the AC cooled the place down pretty quickly, so it wasn't an issue. The space outside on the deck was great - two loungers and a small plunge pool to cool off. There was a small conscience store a 2 minute walk away, so great to buy some ...
