Our family of 9 (8 adults and 1 child) had the most incredible stay at this resort, and I honestly can't say enough good things about our experience. After a disastrous start to our Costa Rica trip at another resort that we had to leave early, we were honestly worried our vacation was ruined. This place not only saved our trip—it exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Each of our rooms was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully appointed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the air conditioning worked flawlessly, and everything was spotlessly clean. The food was phenomenal—dining at its finest. With 8 adults who all have different tastes and dietary preferences, plus our little one who can be picky, we were thrilled to find multiple options offering fresh, delicious options. We enjoyed the pristine pools, the swim-up bar, the amazing array of mixed drinks, and easy access to the beautiful beach. If you're looking for an all-inclusive resort in Costa Rica that delivers on every promise, look no further. This place isn't just a resort—it's a haven of hospitality, natural beauty, and the kind of service that restores your faith in travel. We highly recommend this resort to families, couples, and solo travelers. Thank you to every person who made our stay unforgettable. You turned our vacation around in the most magical way.

Check in staff was rude. Room was gross. Not what I booked. Classified as a four star. Definitely a two star at most. Resort falling apart. Only good thing was the one restaurant had delicious food. Grounds poorly kept. No chairs on the beach.

Mejorar la limpieza de las piscinas. Si uno paga por 2 días deberían darle 2 almuerzos. Pagas por 2 días y solo recibes un almuerzo por que el chek out es a las 11:am. Refiere así es la política. Además, si quiere algo como snack tenes que solicitarlo, no está disponible al alcance de todos.

We booked this resort based on reviews, but feel like we were at a different resort than the reviews covered as our experience was not at all what other travellers posted. It has potential, but falls short in many areas (food, cleanliness, overall condition). We understand it is a 3 star and therefore would not have all the amenities of a higher rated hotel and we were OK with that. We wanted a quiet holiday with good food which is how it is advertised. Had we not paid so much for the stay we would have left after day 2 as we have stayed at much nicer (similarly rated) hotels in the same area. By day 5 we just couldn't stay any longer. We have traveled to many hotels and always been able to make the best of it. Not here though which resulted in a loss of close to $3000 CDN. Thanks to Expedia Travel though we were able to find alternate accommodation for the remainder of the trip. We booked a Master Suite which came at a premium, and though it offers more space and a large balcony it's not worth the charge for a variety of reasons including a large amount of animal feces (appears to be bat guano based on the bats that we found were living in the structure). This was never cleaned up despite requests for cleaning and it ended up making the patio unusable. I could go on, but in short save ypur hard earned money and stay elsewhere.

Awesome experience. Great clean impressive hotel. Staff was very attentive. Love that the beach access few steps away and also the grounds were secure from outsiders. The room was impeccable. The restaruant service and food was above and beyond from my expectations. Definitely would return here for a peaceful getaway. I never had to go in town since everything and anything was available. This is definitely what a getaway vacation should be be.

The hotel is good, with a large, clean territory. The restaurant is very good, the dishes are delicious. Thank you to the chef and his team; the staff is very responsive and always ready to help. However, there are a few things in the hotel that could be improved. There aren't enough umbrellas by the pools to provide additional shade.

It was a nice hotel and the food and atmosphere was nice. However there wasn’t anything going on around the area and so we felt a bit more isolated. The ocean water was nice and warm and free of big waves. The staff was kind and warm. The one thing that bothered us was that we were a family of four and there were no doors to the shower and toilet. So we didn’t have much privacy when showering or even using the bathroom since the sounds would project. I didn’t like that at all

I loved my stay at the cc beach front the staff was amazing , attentive , friendly , & made my stay feel like VIP treatment … the food was good & they have iguana all over & swim up pool bars & beautiful sunsets . I particular liked Danny boy & the guy who helps set up the tour guides , and there was this really pretty lady in the kitchen that always greets with a warm smile & a younger lady in the kitchen who was so friendly she reminded info my little sister . The staff was grade A .The only thing I wished is they had phones in the room so you can call the front desk instead of always walking . Oh the master suites are exceptional inside & out .

This is a smaller all inclusive resort with comfortable & clean rooms, pools and grounds; a little older resort, but still beautiful. The chef and waitstaff are all AMAZING!!! The food was GREAT! Our daughter can’t eat gluten and the chef made GF French toast & pasta for her, but she also always had many gf options to choose from at every meal too. (The buffet has a different theme every night.) The beach is steps away through a gate and staff will bring out beach chairs, kayaks and paddle boards. We walked down the beach to a rockier area for the best snorkeling. The sand is darker so snorkeling isn’t as crisp as the Caribbean but still lots to see! 2 pool bars with great drinks. This was a lovely, relaxing getaway for us and the weather was perfect!!

Swim up bar was nice, only had 1 main restaurant but they did have dufferent themed dinners so the food changed. I wished the staff catered to you while on the beach but otherwise it is a very nice and friendly property.

Food was buffet...limited and repeated, but for most part was good. Service in food area was outstanding. Erick and Larry were great in the pool bars, one bartender seemed to not care if you were there and was on phone or fraternizing with a female he knew at the bar. Overall good place for the price.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Cc Beach. This was our third visit at this resort. The property is very well maintained. The staff is absolutely incredible. They are all friendly and always ready to help. The food and drinks were excellent and our room was always cleaned daily. If you are looking for a smaller resort, we would highly recommend this place.

El hotel es spectacular , La habitacion impeccable al igual que cada rincon, linda decoracion y un personal que lo hace a uno sentirse bienvenido y querido en todas la positions, desde front desk hasta los de manteniento, mi agradeciento al Chef por lindo trato, como los saloneros en especial a Kendy y los bartenders de la piscina Danny y Mauricio, la Verdad no podemos esperar volver con toda la familia para disfrutar de la fabulosa comida y de la playa Panama que es como una piscina !!! Muchisima gracias muchachos
