Tons of restaurants, souvenirs and even grocery stores within walking distance. Good breakfast every morning. «Property is great , great size plenty of room , has pretty much everything you need Great for a family or 3 couples. Was not a long drive from the airport , Coco beach is not all that big but had some very good restaurants. As others had mentioned you need a 4wd vehicle to get up the driveway but it's advisable to have a 4wd for your journeys around CR. The gated community the place was in was quiet. «This place is rather dated and needs updates and repairs. Broken kitchen drawer, toilet runs on after every flush, mickey-mouse shower set up, we were obligated to clean pool every day if we wanted to use it, wifi faded in and out, and it generally felt like 'economy' lodging. A bit disappointing. Location is a short walk to beach, which we really liked.»
