«Property was amazing. Good food, excellent hospitality given by all staff; bellboys, frontdesk, maintenance crew & housekeeping. The nightly shows were awesome and very entertaining. Drinks were well prepared everything from a lemondrop to a mojito to a blue long island. The Grill was a great choice, Oregano was great as well. Pools were a great temperature, beach was clean a beautiful. Sadly NO HAMMOCKS but I’m sure eventually they’ll add them. Perfect getaway for couples of all ages.»

«The hotel itself is very good; however, the music becomes extremely loud from 10 a.m., especially in the pool area. Music is also played in other areas, but it is drowned out by the pool music, turning it all into noise when multiple songs are playing at the same time. There are a lot of families with children, which leads to a lot of shouting and screaming in the restaurants. This makes it unsuitable for those who want to dine in a calm and quiet environment.»

«I had 2 ocean view suites.. both had so many ants... for the whole week.. the shower water was sometimes cold...also room service would not check and refull the fridges and all.. they would ask us to check. ..the restaurant food was ok not the best.. many servers had a bad attitude...and i did experience some discrimination..which was very surprising to me..I was disappointed. However, the excellence resort that I lived in twice before was very very nice. I would not compare these 2 resorts in ...

«Overall, not bad and a good choice for families, but there are several areas that need improvement. The resort is very family-friendly, and we enjoyed our stay overall. However, the restaurants and bars were disappointing. The main swim-up bar (Mermaid Bar) was consistently understaffed, with what appeared to be only one bartender working throughout the day. I honestly never managed to order a drink there. The bartender seemed overwhelmed, rarely made eye contact, and often didn’t acknowledge ...

I had this, because of hotels.com silver member, but make sure you can access all facilities before you book! »

«Bra hotell på en nydelig strand i Cancun. Maten var helt ok, som forventet ved et all inclusive hotell. Det som var litt nedtur med hotellet var at man må booke tid på de ulike restaurantene flere dager i forveien for å få reservasjon. Noe som gjorde det vanskelig for oss da vi kun var der i tre netter. Ellers veldig fornøyd med aktivitetstilbudet på hotellet.»

Las almohadas estaban duras y olían a sudor, de inmediato me las cambiaron pero son descuidos que en un hotel de esta gama no debería suceder. Podrían mejorar. En la zona de la alberca es de pura piedra h había demasiado calor, no hay ventiladores o aspersores. Y siento este el principal sitio de recreo debería de estar más equipado por qué la playa no es la mejor de la zona.»
