We were very disappointed with several aspects of our 10-day stay.
Our room was extremely humid the entire time, and there was a loud fan noise above the entrance that never turned off (except during a power outage on the second day). We never received an explanation or apology.
The reservation system for Himitsu was extremely frustrating. We tried for four days to book at the exact opening time with no success. The concierge sent us to the restaurant manager, who said he would add us for the next evening. When we arrived, there was no reservation. We were offered two crowded seats at the grill after all that effort. The system clearly needs to be fixed.
There were not enough outdoor lounge chairs, especially in sunny areas. We also felt non-preferred guests were treated differently.
Lastly, despite requesting a first-floor room due to mobility issues in our party, we were assigned a second-floor room at the end of the hall. Getting more tha 3 towels and mini bar filled after requests on the app were also useless.
Overall, the repeated inconveniences made our stay far more frustrating than it should have been.
