«This is not a typical stay. This is an experience. The apartment is filled with story, it is a kind of a museum. There you feel kindness, you feel like you are a dear guest visiting your close family of friends. Very spacious. The only possible issue that I can point out is the parking, which is not free, and not very close (unless you manage to find street parking, which is not easy to find in Bari). «Absolutely do not recommend! I was messaged on WhatsApp about an additional fee. No proper toiletries. Outlets didn’t work, AC didn’t work. We had to literally pull out hair from the drain as our room flooded. I wish I could post pictures.»

«ABSOLUTELY NO communication with management. 5 emails and 2 calls to number provided with check in email met with NO response to the request for WiFi password and we had no Wi-Fi access for our entire stay. There was NO information provided about anything connected to the room so we had no one to contact. There seemed to be 20 rooms in the unit so if Wonderful Italy has a manager there they need to do some SERIOUS training. Room was nice, clean and had a great kitchen but no starter supplies ...

«The stay was absolutely perfect, I traveled with my family and we utilized both apartments for 7 people with plenty of room for everyone. Ruvo is a beautiful town and the Casa Rubis was in walking distance of everything, fresh bread, pastry, meats , fish and fresh sliced cured meats and cheese, I am missing my stay already. We can’t wait to travel back, thank you for an excellent stay Casa Ribis!!!»
