«ABSOLUTELY NO communication with management. 5 emails and 2 calls to number provided with check in email met with NO response to the request for WiFi password and we had no Wi-Fi access for our entire stay. There was NO information provided about anything connected to the room so we had no one to contact. There seemed to be 20 rooms in the unit so if Wonderful Italy has a manager there they need to do some SERIOUS training. Room was nice, clean and had a great kitchen but no starter supplies ...

«Overall, this is a pretty amazing place to stay. It reminds of an older New York City apartment you see people getting killed for on old episodes of Law & Order. This unit is huge. The location is really convenient to getting around Bari. My biggest complaints are we never really did get the heat working, so it was a little chilly most of the time. Then, there is a washer, but no dryer. Since we couldn't get the heat working, it took forever for clothes to hang dry. Although, next time I stay in ...
