«The property is not as advertised! We were booked for a 3 night stay and advised property manager that we were going to check out after 2 hours. The property is advertised as 2 bedroom, but its actually a 1 bedroom with a sitting area. Its not well stocked for a stay i.e. one wine glass. The kitchen is a fridge and a hot plate. The toilet handle is broken and U have to fiddle with it to make it flush. We asked for 1 night back and we were told no, only to see it advertised again the next day ...

«The apartment is well laid out and is very comfortable. Parking is right outside the apartment door (with a pass from Giulio) Lecce is a baroque city and a great location for day trips around the Salento. We had a fabulous time. Giulio was terrific. We loved the apartment and we loved the location. Two blocks (5 minutes) from the old city so close enough to walk and explore the old city at any time but far enough away to be quiet and restful at night. We highly recommend the apartment.»

«Having a car, this was very convenient to stay outside of the walls in order to avoid tight streets and traffic but still close enough to walk to (about 8 minutes). Parking on the street was free which was great as long as you can find a spot. The hosts were very friendly, gave us the instructions for the apartment, and helped us up the stairs with our bags (no elevator). There was one snag and it's not the owner's fault. There was some construction going on in a building, perhaps attached to our apartment and they began work - loudly - at 7:00 a.m. sharp every day. «My wife and I are retirees. We stayed in the Station House for a week in April 2023. This is a small, comfortable, well equipped apartment. It’s very close to the train station which we liked as we didn’t have a car but far enough away that the sounds of the station aren’t noticeable. The nearest dining is in the city center, a 10 to 15 minute walk. While there are very small stores 200 to 300 meters away the nearest supermercato was 1.3 km. «Antonello and Luciana went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Everything you could need for an extended stay is there. We did have a laugh about the fact that VRBO listed a spa/hot tub, which very obviously was not there. Hopefully Antonello can sort that out with the company. «Wir fanden nette Vermieter die uns herzlich und mit süsser Überraschung empfangen haben. Sie waren entgegenkommend was die Anreise Zeit betraf und waren selbst am Sonntag Morgen vor Ort um die Schlüssel zu übergeben. Sie organisierten sofort einen Handwerker als mit dem Warmwasser etwas nicht stimmte, was durch unsere Unwissenheit via falschem Schalter Gleich auch den Kühlschrank abstellte.
