«Wonderful, helpful owners/staff. Breakfast was delicious! The area has cafes, restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance. There is also a supermarket within a few minutes walk. If you want to explore further afield, you will need a car or expect to pay for taxis, as the area isn't served well with public transport (In May at least).»

«Clean and cozy place, self check in with good communication with the host so this is not a problem even though we did not meet the host, the room are over our expectations, no matter you are spend holiday or walking the Via Francigena like us, this is an ideal place to stay.»

«Charmante oude kamer, past in de stijl van de villa. Irritante fluittoon in de badkamer wanneer er water gebruikt wordt in onze en de andere badkamers. Erg karig ontbijt in naastgelegen hotel. Wel leuk privé strandje rechtstreeks bereikbaar vanuit het hotel. Geen privé parking maar parkeren kan in de achtergelegen straten voor € 4 per dag. Vele leuke strandrestaurantjes op loopafstand. »

«Staff is good and location is great. The need for improvement should be in amenities and infrastructure, ie breakfast, towels, soap, tissues and ventilation. Overall it is more a boutique hotel and shouldn’t be advertise as a five star establishment.»

« Staying at this beautiful Italian palace was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, Salvatore made us feel completely at home. He was incredibly kind and always ready to help. The room was charming and tastefully decorated, and the atmosphere throughout the house felt peaceful and authentic. Breakfast was a real treat, with delicious homemade pastries prepared with so much care. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more memorable stay.»

«Could not connect to the Internet or TV , reached out to the property and response was "thats odd, sorry" did not even sttempt to fix. Rooms are far from luxurious bit they sre clean and close to Centro. Would not stay again»
