«belle maison typique au calme, non loin des sites à visiter.bon accueil de la propriétaire. quelques alertes pour les prochains vacanciers : 1) les 2 chambres du haut sont séparées simplement par un rideau, donc aucune intimité; elles sont accessibles à des adultes valides (escalier en pierre avec des marches hautes); pas de rideau ou volet aux fenêtres, d'où des réveils très matinaux a cette période de l'année 2) pas d'eau potable aux robinets de la location, ce qui induit des courses ...

«Magnifique séjour dans cette villa. Piscine privée qui fait du bien sous 45°! A environ 30 min de magnifiques villes et villages comme Alberobello, Loco Rotondo etc . Plages à 10 minutes en voiture. Le propriétaire Danilo est très sympathique et répond rapidement en cas de questions sur la maison ou encore pour nous conseiller des choses sympa à faire dans la région ! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans les Pouilles !»

«We had three wonderful days here. Very nice outdoor area with a pool and sun beds and a place to eat in the shadow. The place is very tidy and clean. The location is great, some minutes drive from Monopoli. A short ride to pogliano a mare, alberobello and locorotondo. We would love to come back:)»

«This home was the perfect place for my 3 children and I to experience Puglia for the week. This gated home is beautiful and completely secure and private. It has multiple covered gazebos, an outdoor kitchen and great pool. We were there during abnormally hot temperatures but it was bearable with the indoor ac, pool and coverage outside. «Maison au top avec piscine adaptée pour les grands et les petits . Malgré le fait que la maison se situe sur les hauteurs de Monopoli , on trouve tout sur place, restaurant , mini market , station et l’Eden Bar juste à côté au top pour le pain , pizza, foccacia, tabac .»

«Simply a wonderful hotel/apartments. It is the second time my wife and I have stayed here for a week in the last year and it was excellent. The staff are very helpful, the breakfasts could not be improved on from our perspective, they are brilliant and in general the location, choice of restaurants and everything else is excellent. A great place to base yourself to explore Puglia. 15 minute walk to the station that takes you most places on the coast you will want to go.»

«We had a wonderfull stay in Autumn. Lots of space, options to sit outsite, a truly original feeling of the house. The only missers was that it was on the VRBO website it was stated to be 0.2 km from the Monopoli Catherdral. So we expected to be near the centre of Monopoli, which it is absolutely not. It is as quiet and outside as you can get.....»
