«This is a really hard review to write. The staff tried so hard to make sure everything was good, but at the first sign of us not being satisfied - they turned on us. You could tell we were “that Expedia couple who only gave 4 stars”… The beach is unusable and the seaweed is literally out of control… like 2-4ft high piles on the beach… right in front of the diamond club. Completely disgusting to look at and to smell. Not the hotel’s fault, but if you are going for a beach holiday- this is not ...

«The staff and manager Dafine was very hospitable»

«The Iberostar Selection Riviera Cancun is a beautiful resort. The rooms are very clean, housekeeping does a great job at keeping the room restocked and clean for the coming day. The grounds are immaculate. The detail thats put into keeping it beautiful is very evident. The pools are great with a walk up bar and water games to play in the pool. The staff are all so very helpful and all say hello to you no matter what their job is. I would give this resort a 5 star rating but these are my ...

«We stayed 4 nights and loved the experience. The hotel is beautifully located directly on the beach, hidden away in the jungle. Staff is polite and not too pushy, serving both great entertainment and drinks. The Rita Taco is only open for lunch, which must be the biggest downside on this hotel as it is the supreme food source. The two themed restaurants (Italian and Asian Fusion) are ok, the Italian the least tasteful. Rooms are good size for our stay, and we loved the proximity to the beach, ...

«Sensira ser fantastisk flott ut på egne hjemmesider og har gode anmeldelser. Realiteten er at det er slitt, har fasiliteter som er stengt og ikke klarer å åpne buffet restauranten i tide til hverken frokost, lunsj eller middag. Hotellet er designet slik at selve bygget gir mye skygge ved bassengområdene. Strandstolene er slitne, og bassengene skitne. Stranden er mye grunnere enn ellers i området, og den er dessverre ganske forsøplet.»

«Excelente hotel»

«We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights. They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride ...

«A really great resort. Everything you want and some more. Highly recommended »

«Ok»

«It was luxurious in every way. It’s very quiet though, so if you’re not a fan, skip. But it’s a great way to feel relaxed. And because of it being so quiet, all the staff members are incredibly attentive and remember you by name.»

«It’s was wonderful, great location, super friendly staff. Loved all the daily extra activities that were offered. Cons: tips were expected at every meal»
