Additional information: The studio is located on the ground floor, a two-minute walk from the metro. This proximity makes it easy to get around Paris; however, you may hear noise from the metro line in the evening, especially late at night, which is something light sleepers should keep in mind.

📌 Please note before booking:
* At 16 m² (172 sq ft), the studio is small: the bed is a double sofa bed that has to be unfolded, and once open it takes up almost the whole room, leaving very little space to move around. It suits one or two guests who spend their days out; if you plan to spend time in the apartment, it may feel cramped.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be a two-minute walk from the metro, in a lively area full of cafés, restaurants and shops, with an equipped kitchen and self check-in at any time.

The studio is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole studio.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
