* All three bedrooms face a very busy street, above restaurants: traffic and restaurant customers can be heard in the bedrooms in the evening and at night, even with the windows closed. The living room is quieter. If you are a light sleeper, please take this into account.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned. During summer heatwaves it can get very hot: guests who are sensitive to heat may find it hard to sleep.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.
On the plus side, you will have 100 m² (1,076 sq ft) a 3-minute walk from Porte de la Villette metro station (line 7) and close to the Parc de la Villette, with three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer.
The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole property.
Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.
However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
