600 feet square apartment on 4th floor with elevator.
The apartment provides :
- a master bedroom with king size bed and air conditioning integrated ;
- a living room with new and high quality sofa bedding (one aduld or 2 childrends) and air conditioning integrated ; high speed internet access ; TV cable with foreign channels ;
- a full bathroom with tub bath/shower combinaison, 2 wash hands bassins, a toilet. The bathroom has a window. It is accessible from the bedroom or from the living room.
- a galery kitchen fully furnished with fridge, owen, burners, dish washer, wash machine and dryer.

My family and I stayed in this very lovely apartment for 8 days in July. The location near Place Vendome was very convenient and easy to get to many sites, grocery stores, shopping, metro, restaurants, etc. Even though the apartment is on a very busy street, it is located at the back of the building opening up to a courtyard that was very quiet. It was very hot in Paris the week we stayed and we were extremely happy that the apartment had air conditioning. It also has an elevator that was convenient after all the walking. The owner, Luis, was very nice and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Apartment

We stayed in this beautiful apartment for 3 nights while in Paris. It had everything we needed including air conditioning. We felt the location was perfect for us and walkable to many Paris highlights. Luis was an attentive, but not intrusive host. We would highly recommend staying here!

Good stay

Had a good stay at this property. The location is unbeatable and the host was easy to communicate with and was always helpful and courteous. Despite it being a big building it’s actually very quiet. Everything was clean. There’s a sofa bed that was actually quite comfortable to sleep in. I recommend this property.

Great experience

Louis, the host was very professional and responsive to our questions and concerns. The apartment is located in the absolutely best location in Paris and is in a former grand hotel. The Opera metro is a few minutes walk and Place Vendome is in front of you.

Central location with extra space

Apartment is centrally located near Place Vendome. Luis was very helpful and responsive to questions prior to our arrival. The apartment building is old and requires actual keys to get in so needed to meet with Luis in person to check in. Its antique decorations add to the Parisian charm. The all-in-one washer/dryer and small kitchen were nice additions. The one bedroom with a pullout couch fit our family of 3 perfectly.

Classic French Apartment

Perfect location, host was fantastic, charming old world apartment. We had to change plans and come early due to a cancelled train. Luis made the accommodations and met us at midnight to let us in. 12ft ceilings with moldings. There is some dated aspects - kitchen, bath but really a great apartment to stay for several days. Communication was outstanding.

Surprised my wife with a trip to Paris

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The apartment was even more beautiful than the pictures. The description was accurate and all communication was wonderful. If you’re going to Paris, and you want to see museums, be close to cafés, and just wander around the area this is the perfect apartment for you! We would definitely come back.

Everything we wanted

Everything we wanted in a stay we got. Elevator, Washer/Dryer, Tea kettle, Closet Space, Great Location, Good communication with the owner of the property, etc. One item of caution: Getting in and out of the bathtub was a bit tricky. Definitely recommend it.

Location is the Key

This apartment is wonderfully situated close to Place Vendome. If you want museums and other attractions on the Right Bank, this is the place. Plus, walk down the street through the Tuleries, cross the river, and there's the D'Orsay Museum. Luis is a great host, with making arrangements to show you in-person what you need to know. The apartment itself is satisfatory, and not more than that. A few simple things were missing; for example, soap for the tub/shower. The furniture is dated and could use a thinning to remove and/or replace some of it. The king-size bed is comforable. A benefit is that the unit is quiet as it looks out over a courtyard, not the busy street in front. However, a more recent problem is construction noise starting around 7:30 in the morning. This is not Luis's fault, but it's a shame that guests have to deal with it. All in all, don't expect a modern, up-to-date apartment, but only one that puts you in the middle of the action in an upscale part of town.

Perfection

Great property, great location, great host. Classic Parisian apartment. Luis was a perfect host. He kept in touch with us and saw us off when we left. This apartment is one block from Place Vendome, 4th floor with elevator, good security.

Very Nice

Excellent location in center of Paris. Metro stations close by. Walk to some of the best shopping, restaurants, museums, and sites Paris has to offer. The building and apartment itself are both very good. Easy access in and out. Very safe and secure location. Luis is a good host and makes the process easy.

Fantastic Home Base in Paris

Beautiful apartment in a gorgeous and well-kept Paris building. We were three generations (mother, daughter, grandmother) traveling together, and the apartment worked wonderfully for us. Great location, and the owner is lovely and helpful with tips for your stay.

A wonderful apartment in a beautiful part of Paris

We loved our stay. The apartment is spacious and has beautiful high ceilings. It is in a great part of Paris - close to several metro stops and walking distance to the Louvre. I highly recommend it.

fantastic apartment and location

We've stayed in about a dozen apartments in Paris over the years and this is one of the best. The location is great, close to 3 Metro lines 1, 7, and 8. The apartment itself is large and comfortable and is located in an elegant large building with an elevator. The windows face the interior, not the street, so it's quiet. The refrigerator is twice the size of a typical apartment which was great for us. The owner is very helpful and responsive. The overall experience was enjoyable start to finish.
