You will be just steps away from the Grands Boulevards and the Sentier district, known for its lively atmosphere and numerous shops. Well served by public transportation, you can quickly reach the main tourist sites: the Louvre, the Opéra Garnier, and the Marais.

Welcome to our spacious new 200 m² triplex, freshly renovated and ideal for family or group stays. Our home, spread over multiple levels, offers comfort and convenience for all our guests.

-Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, pots and pans, and complete cutlery for preparing delicious meals.
-Living Room: A comfortable living room with air conditioning, a TV with over 100 channels for your entertainment, and a large table that can accommodate up to 12 people for family or group meals.


LEVEL 1 (air conditioning in all rooms)

-Bedroom 1: A king-size bed (180x200 cm) for royal sleep.
-Bedroom 2: A queen-size bed (160x200 cm) for optimal comfort.
-2 Bathrooms: Two bathrooms with shower, sink, and toilet. Hairdryer, shampoo, and shower gel included.


LEVEL 2 (air conditioning in all rooms)

-Bedroom 3: A master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), private bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Hairdryer, shampoo, and shower gel included.


You will also have access to high-speed internet and fast Wi-Fi to browse the internet seamlessly throughout the apartment. The windows are equipped with double glazing for your acoustic comfort.

We also provide bed linen and towels for your stay so you can focus on what matters most: relaxing and enjoying your stay. Each guest will also have a large bath towel and a hair towel. Shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer are also available for an even more pleasant stay.

Guests have access to the entire apartment without restriction. However, the apartment is not wheelchair accessible.

Our apartment is equipped with a secure key box, which means you won't have to worry about your arrival time. You can collect your keys independently, at any time, using a unique PIN code that you will receive by email. This prevents you from being locked out or having to wait for hours to collect the keys. The key box is located within the building of the apartment, making it very easy to retrieve them. This feature is particularly convenient for travelers arriving late or with unpredictable schedules. It’s a real plus for your stay with us, as you can arrive at any time without worrying about your arrival time. Additionally, if you wish for an early check-in to avoid carrying your luggage around, there are many companies near the apartment that can store your luggage for you. If possible, we can arrange an early check-in for you, but we can only confirm this a certain time before your arrival.
