The hotel need to stop taking UNATHORISED MONIES from customers accounts!!
My original stay was booked (through Hotels.com) to check out on the 16th however, an additional booking was made again through Hotels.com to check out on the 19th. When booked through Hotels.com payment is always paid upfront, so I was rather surprised, to say the least, that the hotel took the payment again, I would like to say at this point that the payment was UNAUTHORISED. I spoke to the receptionist about this payment and I was advised that I would be refunded within 5 working days. I did not receive any refund after 5 days.
I would advise any one who is wanting to stay here to be extremely careful as they take payment UNAUTHORISED and totally ignore any communication chasing said refund.
