Eiffel Tower views - Bright - Spacious, calm apartment with elegant decoration

This very luminous, calm and  cozy Parisian apartment is located two blocks away from the Champs de Mars, a large public greenspace / park which faces the Eiffel Tower.

The building dates from the 19th century . It is located on the 7th floor ( US 8 th floor ) with an elevator up to 6th floor ( US 7th floor ).

It has a great view on the Eiffel Tower from bedroom and from living space.

This apartment has recently been fully refurbished. It has tiled floors and nice views on Paris roofs.

This 60m2 apartment is extremely functional and can accommodate 2 adults - with a queen size bed.

- Bedroom as a queen size  bed. Storage and view on Eiffel Tower.

- Bathroom has a shower a toilet and washer. Unlimited hot water.

- Living room is a nice space ( sofa / chairs / desk ) with beautiful views and has a meals table with 4 seats.

- Kitchen is an open plan with 4 gas burners, traditional oven, dish washer and Nespresso machine as well as kettle.

This apartment is a perfect «pied-à-terre» for your Parisian stay, its location is ideal, very central near all the great Parisian highlights, Eiffel tower , Ecole Militaire, Seine river, Champs-Elysées, Invalides, Concorde, Saint-Germain-des Près, Orsay and the Louvre museums.

It will be my pleasure to welcome you, show you around and make sure you settle in comfortably.

Nearest metro station « La Motte Picquet Grenelle » is 3 minutes walk from the apartment building. Numerous local buses....

Weekly open air market on Wednesdays and Sundays by La Motte Picquet Grenelle.

Closest Museums and attractions : Eiffel Tower / Rodin / Grand Palais Éphémère / Quai Branly / MAM / Invalides / Trocadéro / Seine river cruise

Our stay at this apartment in Paris was absolutely wonderful! The place itself was nice, quaint, and quiet — yet right in the middle of everything. The metro station was just a few steps away, and we could even walk to the Eiffel Tower, which was amazing.Louis was an exceptional host. He met us for check-in, showed us around the neighborhood, and checked in several times during our stay to make sure everything was going well. He even sent great suggestions for nearby stores and restaurants. When our train was canceled and we had to reschedule, he kindly allowed us a very late check-out, which we truly appreciated.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Paris!

Light-filled apartment with views of rooftops from every window. It was clean and very quiet. Louis was on hand to assist throughout our stay and Paolo very kindly showed us around the apartment and the area. Close to shops, restaurants and very convenient for the Metro; easy walk to the Eiffel Tower and many other places of interest.

A memorable Birthday in Paris

We were so excited to stay on the left bank this trip. For over 35 years we stayed in the right in the Marais. Upon our arrival at the apartment we were met by the owner, Louis, who was just so wonderful. The flat is gorgeous, spacious, fantastic light, kitchen stocked with everything you would need and ending the night watching the tower light up was so memorable. The neighborhood is so quiet with a wonderful marche on Rue Cler which covered blocks of markets, cafe’s, patisseries and cute restaurants. Merci Louis for making my birthday so special! I have been celebrating my birthday in Paris, Provence, Bordeaux and Biarritz and this trip rates up there as being very special. We will be back! Au bientôt 🗼 Una & Mike

Went to Olympics and stayed at Louis’ flat. Highly recommend. Can’t ask for anything more. Great host. Check-in - Louis met us early when our travel arrangements were interrupted and gave us tour of neighborhood. Apartment - clean, functional and very Parisian. Neighborhood- train near by, safe location, stores and restaurants galore in area

Excellent apartment and location in Paris

We loved staying in this apartment while in Paris. Everything about the apartment was perfect. Property manager Louis made arranging our stay very easy and that was much appreciated. Paolo met us at the apartment and not only showed us around the apartment but also walked us around the neighborhood showing us the local restaurants and stores, but also helped us purchase 3-day train/bus passes, again much appreciated. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Paris. Great location that is close to multiple train station entrances. I have to mention a nice little Bar around the corner from the apartment called Le Asphalte. Very friendly staff that made each nights final stop very fun. All in all, you won’t be disappointed if you stay in this apartment.

My favorite VRBO stay yet!

What a lovely apartment and in an excellent location! We were charmed every day, stepping into the elevator, climbing a short flight of stairs, going through a stained glass door and winding a few more steps into the apartment. Just, wow. It was full of sunlight and spacious and felt magical and a little “on top of the world”. My daughter and I agree - we have never slept so well anywhere. The open windows and fresh air at night was good for the soul. It was an easy and short walk to the metro stations (several of them actually). Everything was easy to get to once you knew how to navigate - I suggest Apple Maps as they never steered us wrong. Louis was communicative and kind and helpful from the first message. Paolo met us at the building and did the walk-through and explained everything (in English). Then he took us on a brief walk through the neighborhood, pointing out the important things and showing us the metro and where to buy tickets. (There was a fee for this time and Introduction to things, but it was given as an option and one I was HAPPY to have!). I’m not sure what else to add except to say that this was the easiest and most lovely rental experience I’ve had with VRBO. Merci Louis for sharing your beautiful flat with us!

Spacious apartment- great location

My husband and I really enjoyed our five-day stay at this wonderful apartment. Great restaurants and tourist sites within walking distance. The apartment is so airy and has terrific views of the Eiffel Tower. Pickup from the airport and check-in process was very smooth. We would definitely stay here again.

Deep in the Heart of Paris

Has views of the Eifful Tower from several rooms. Go out the front door and into Paris. Historical architecture. Sidewalk cafes side by side, and on most streets. Metro on block away. Eifful Tower is a 20 minute walk. Lots of French culture, of course. Louis is a fabulous host.

Amazing apartment and experience!

I can't say enough about this apartment and our experience. Everything was amazing. Our host offered to arrange transport from the airport (for an additional fee) which was very convenient after traveling for 14+ hours. We were greeted at the apartment by Louis who showed us how everything worked, walked us to the grocery store, helped us by subway tickets and gave us restaurant recommendations. The apartment itself is stunning! Views in all directions, bright, many windows to open which kept it cool on 90 degree days. The kitchen was very functional and well stocked with pots and pans, etc. The washing machine was convenient. The location was perfect. Many restaurants, grocery, subway and Eiffel Tower all in easy walking distance. I would absolutely LOVE to stay here again on our next visit!

Perfect Paris Apartment!

We felt completely at home in this Grenelle apartment. Every appliance modern and functional - every need met. The large windows allow for great air movement despite no AC. Now for the charms! Wonderful huge space and layout is perfect. Our host Louis was most genial! He showed us around and made sure we knew where to find delicious food not hard in Paris. We truly hated to leave. We loved everything about this charming place.

Perfect stay in Paris!

This apartment is more beautiful in person! It's very spacious, the view of the Eiffel Tower is spectacular. The bed was comfy and the flat had everything we needed. The location is unbeatable. We could walk everywhere or take the metro. The banquet seating in the living room is large enough to sleep on and perfect for lounging in the afternoon breeze. Louis gave me a walking tour of the neighborhood and pointed out where to get groceries, how to get metro tickets and all the other wonderful offerings of Paris! The Sunday morning market nearby was spectacular! I will dream of coming back to stay.

First class stay in Paris

Louis was in touch from beginning to end. Waiting for us at the curb, with a smile. (Yes we were late). The apartment was perfect, great views, clean and well appointed. The location was great, restaurants within minutes, grocery stores bakeries closer. Good connections to the rest of the city. Safe for my granddaughter to do the bakery run each morning. All in a most pleasant stay, with a great host. Thank you Louis.

Fantastic Paris Apartment with a View

We loved everything about this Paris apartment. The location is a short walk from the Champ du Mars and the Eiffel Tower. You had a view of the tower from almost every window in the apartment….which was a must for my teenage daughter. It was very close to the Metro as well, which is a necessity when getting around to all the sights of Paris. Lots of restaurants and bakeries within a couple blocks of the apartment. Louis, the host, was fantastic. After meeting us at the apartment and giving us a tour of everything we could need; he showed us around the area. He pointed out some of his favorite locations to eat, the local grocer, the best bakeries, etc. He also gave us several additional places to eat in different districts of the city. This would be a great place whether you are traveling on business or vacation. Highly recommend!!
