The Space:

The apartment includes:

• A living space: the studio has a convertible sofa bed for 2 people (140 × 200 cm) with new and very comfortable bedding. It has a Smart TV and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi.

• A bathroom: the bathroom includes a modern shower, toilet, hairdryer, soap & shampoo.

Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

• A fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, hob, kettle, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, as well as all the utensils, pots and pans needed to prepare your meals.

• A dining area: a space is provided to enjoy your meals comfortably.

The apartment also includes a drying rack, an iron and an ironing board.

Take the RER B towards Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and get off at Denfert-Rochereau.

Transfer to Metro Line 6 towards Charles de Gaulle–Étoile and change at La Motte-Picquet–Grenelle.

From there, take Line 8 towards Créteil – Pointe du Lac and get off at École Militaire.

From Orly Airport (ORY)

Take the Orlyval light train to Antony.

Transfer to the RER B towards Charles de Gaulle Airport/Mitry-Claye and exit at Denfert-Rochereau.

Take Metro Line 6 towards Charles de Gaulle–Étoile, change at La Motte-Picquet–Grenelle, and take Line 8 towards Créteil – Pointe du Lac.

Get off at École Militaire.

Check-In and Check-Out

For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.



Deposit Requirement

A deposit of €150 is required to access the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are reported.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines

Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Excessive noise may result in deposit deductions.

We provide accommodation only. Cleaning, catering and excursion services are not available during your stay.



Reservation Policy

The minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult meeting the age requirement. No refunds will be issued if this rule is not followed.
