Our beautiful air-conditioned apartment is perfect for groups or families on vacation. With a capacity of up to 10 people, you will appreciate the comfort of our 5 newly renovated rooms in 2020,

including

-1 parental suite with a queen size bed (160x200cm) with integrated shower room and toilet.
-2 bedrooms with king size beds (200x200 cm)
-1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed (160x200cm)
-1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm)
-1 sofa bed for 2 (on request with additional charge)

In addition to the 3 independent bathrooms, equipped with washbasins, showers, hairdryers and toilets, for your convenience.

Our living room is furnished with large leather sofas, a television with over 100 channels and a large table that can seat up to 10 people, for relaxing or family meals.

The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs, including a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.

Come live a dream come true in our prestigious property. We offer you a top-of-the-line stay where everything has been thought out for your comfort and well-being. You will arrive in a spotless accommodation, fully cleaned before your arrival and after your departure by a professional team. We just returned from a wonderful 7-night stay at this spacious and beautifully maintained Paris VRBO. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it was the perfect fit for our family. The full kitchen and cozy living room made it feel like a true home away from home. From the moment we arrived, everything was immaculately clean and thoughtfully organized. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow, and we had no issues at all with access. The owner was responsive and helpful throughout our stay, communicating promptly via email. The location was ideal—centrally situated with easy metro access to all the iconic Paris landmarks. We visited the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre, Arc de Triomphe, Notre Dame, Sainte-Chapelle, the Catacombs, and the Louvre, all without hassle. We left the property in great shape and with full hearts. This VRBO truly enhanced our Paris experience, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

This apartment was perfect for our family of 7. It easily could have accommodated 10 comfortably. Very clean upon check-in. There just aren't that many short-term rental units with 3 full bathrooms available in Paris. We never ran out of hot water. Not all of the rooms have closets, but the ones that do have lots of closet space so it was no problem to share. The combo washer/dryer isn't great, but it works just fine. We just used the quick wash cycle and then hung our clothes on the drying rack. Towels we just dried in the machine. I disagree with the one reviewer who said this apartment is located in a "shady area." It's located just west of Le Marais and has a very similar urban vibe. It feels more authentic that some of the more touristy areas. We never felt unsafe walking around the neighborhood. There is a Monoprix located right around the corner where you can get groceries, wine, and anything else you need for your stay. There are tons of good restaurants within easy walking distance. The Metro station is a block away. If you're new to Paris, learn to use it. It's very user friendly and you can be to pretty much any of the major sights within 20 minutes. The Metro is very clean and doesn't feel sketchy like NYC subways do. Again, we never felt unsafe. Le Marais is an awesome neighborhood that is an easy walk from the apartment. The host provided all the necessary information regarding check-in and check-out and was very prompt with responses. No complaints!

The apartment is great and in a great location right next to so many cool places. The building was not so great. The lobby had a bad odor of trash, it was very difficult getting our large luggages into the room, and the scenery from the inside bedroom was not too pleasant. There was also lots of construction directly outside the bedrooms facing the street. Other than that, very clean and great host. Can’t really go wrong here if you’re looking for a solid place for a large family

We arrived from the airport via Metro. The Sebastopol stop was a very short walk. The apartment was exactly as the photos looked and is located close enough to all the main attractions that we could walk (20-30 min walk max) but far enough away that we were not in the middle of the touristy restaurants and had some great meals nearby. Also a short walk to open air markets, wine shops, super markets and even Starbucks and McDonalds (which the kids insisted on for lunch one day)

Comfortable and Clean

We arrived in Paris and followed the entrance instructions left by Sophie. The apartment is wonderful! Clean, large open kitchen and family room, washer/dryer combo and air conditioning were a plus. No issues there, however the tiny elevator and narrow stairway were a little off putting. Once we got settled, we were fine. While not in a ritzy neighborhood, we felt safe and enjoyed the area. Walk out the door and turn right and there is a full grocery store two blocks down. Walk out the front door and turn left and there are many side streets filled with cafes, patisseries and stores. The patisserie a few doors down became a daily stop for chocolate croissants or strawberry shortcake treats. Taxis and Metro were easy to access. We are a family of 7 with 3 generations traveling and everyone was pleased. Two of the five rooms don’t have closet space but it wasn’t an issue for us. Showers and beds were comfortable and living room was nice for family time.

Hoping for more.....

As the trip organizer for our friend spring break Paris excursion, I was hoping for more.....The location was in a shady area, the apartment construction was not the quality I thought the pictures portrayed, one of the walls in a 'bedroom' was not all the way complete, showers less than desirable, washer/dryer questionable, - place clean, easy to communicate with host, entry & exit smooth, - but overall quality of structure and details was disappointing. Would not recommend to friends or stay there again.

Perfect Apartment for a Large Group

European Vacation

We were a 3 generation family of 11. There was plenty of room. The location is very convenient to the Metro. We arrived in Paris very early in the morning but we were able to store our luggage in a very convenient location just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Groceries and restaurants are very close. I would highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful, quiet retreat in a fabulous neighborhood

We didn’t really know what we were doing when we booked lodging for our trip, but boy did we get lucky with this property. The apartment is spacious—huge by Paris standards--and quite comfortable. The location is PERFECT - you're a quick walk away from plenty of food options, shopping, the metro, etc. Easy to access, safe, and quiet. It was great for my family to have the space to stretch out and relax after a long day of walking around the city. I would absolutely book this property again!

Overall positive experience with some glitches

The apartment was a reflection of the online VRBO pictures, at least superficially - very attractive with comfortable beds, and a good air cooling system, and in a great central location with good security and shops available for food purchases, Perhaps because of its location and multiple restaurants available, most visitors might have their meals out. However, with a family of 11 including 5 grandchildren we had most of our breakfasts and dinners "at home". Unfortunately, the cooking utensils were limited (one large pot and one small pot with interchangeable handles), and there were only 5 dinner plates, although there were many bowls and small plates and glasses and eating utensils available. There were basic instructions for the appliances, but details were missing including how to turn on the induction stove and manage the washing machine and dryer. However with Google and YouTube searches, we were able to figure out the details. As Canadians, our appliances are quite different from those in France, so if you are expecting more Canadian/North American clients, more detailed instructions would be helpful. We did get responses most of the time from the hosts, but some of them were delayed, and thus not very helpful. The "check-in" process was complicated by the fact that the "Sophie" mailbox was wide open and we did not see the lockbox at the back of it. Fortunately a tenant let us in and the door to the apartment was open. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

5 days in Paris

Beautiful apartment! 3 full bathrooms was perfect since we had 4 boys ages 17-20 with us. Kitchen had all the dishes and tools we needed. Location is perfect with 2 Metro stations very close. 5 bedrooms were spacious and had plenty of wardrobe space.

A Perfect Stay

The apartment was beautiful, well maintained and clean upon arrival. The location was perfect. Shopping, restaurants and many sites were within walking distance or within a short uber or taxi ride. There were 9 of us and plenty of room for all. The 3 complete bathrooms were spacious. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Awesome apartment, and great location!

My family shared this apartment with another family for a week. We loved this place. The mattresses were a bit too firm, but everything else was just right! Loved the location—near mass transit and surrounded by wonderful walking neighborhoods. I would absolutely stay here again.
