The Space:
Enjoy a peaceful stay in this apartment ideally located in the Marais! It can accommodate up to six travelers in a typically Parisian setting - exposed beams and stone walls.
The apartment includes:
• A warm living room: equipped with a convertible sofa bed for two people, storage space, a Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi access.
• 1st bedroom: with a Queen Size bed (160 × 200) with new high-end bedding, as well as storage and a ceiling fan.
• 2nd bedroom: with a Queen Size bed (160 × 200) with new high-end bedding, as well as storage and a ceiling fan.
• A fully equipped kitchen: hob, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, oven, pots and pans.
• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.
• A modern bathroom: with shower, hairdryer, toilet, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.
The apartment also has laundry facilities: iron and ironing board, as well as a drying rack.

The Neighborhood:
You are staying in the heart of the Marais, one of the most emblematic and historic districts of Paris, ideal for discovering the city on foot between shops, typical cafés and famous monuments. A few minutes' walk away, you can have a coffee or brunch at Boot Café or Café Pontochoux, two addresses very popular for their Parisian atmosphere, or enjoy a traditional French meal at Breizh Café or Bouillon Racine, perfect for an authentic gourmet experience. For your daily shopping, several supermarkets, greengrocers and bakeries are within walking distance, such as Franprix, Monoprix and local artisans for fresh bread, cheeses, fruit and wine. The must-sees of the Marais are within walking distance: the Place des Vosges is about 5 minutes away on foot, the Carnavalet Museum is very close, and the Marché des Enfants Rouges, the oldest covered market in Paris, is easily accessible to discover the local flavors. The neighborhood's atmosphere combines shopping streets, art galleries, historic cafés and lively terraces, offering a typically Parisian experience. Transport is very convenient with Réaumur Sébastopol and Arts et Métiers stations approximately 5–7 minutes away on foot, providing direct access to the rest of the city. Getting Around:
From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG):
Take the RER B to Gare du Nord. Then, transfer to Metro Line 4 and get off at Réaumur-Sébastopol. After a short walk, you’ll be at our door.
From Orly Airport (ORY):
Take the Orlyval light rail to Antony. From there, take the RER B towards Châtelet. At Châtelet, transfer to Metro Line 4 and get off at Réaumur-Sébastopol. A brief walk, and you’ve arrived!
From Gare du Nord (Eurostar Terminal):
Directly take Metro Line 4 to Réaumur-Sébastopol. Our property is just a short walk away.
From Gare de Lyon:
Start with Metro Line 1 towards La Défense and get off at Châtelet. Then, take Metro Line 4 and get off at Réaumur-Sébastopol. A short walk, and you’re there!

We want your stay to be as pleasant as possible, so we kindly ask that you familiarize yourself with the following rules to ensure a harmonious experience for both guests and hosts.
Included Services:
Bed linen and towels are provided for your optimal comfort.
A professional cleaning service will be provided upon your arrival and departure to ensure the apartment is in perfect condition for your stay.
If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.
Family Services:
If you require a baby crib or high chair, please inform us at least 72 hours in advance. Subject to availability, we will be happy to provide them. Please note, however, that baby linen is not provided.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM and ends at 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can accommodate arrivals between 9:00 PM and midnight for an additional fee of €20. After midnight, check-in will only be possible the following day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is set at 10:00 AM at the latest. For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, and all applicable fees will be clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the contact details of an agent who will provide you with the apartment keys. The agent will answer your questions about the apartment, its amenities, and the neighborhood.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit of €250 is required for access to the property. It is payable only by credit card via SWIKLY. The deposit will be refunded from 21 business days after your departure, provided there are no damages.
Additional fees:
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Respect the peace of the neighbors; excessive noise may result in a deduction from the security deposit.
Internet Use:
Please do not use the internet access for unauthorized reproduction or display of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation is allowed. Please note that we are not responsible for telecommunication operator malfunctions, and no compensation will be provided.
Professional Use and Photography:
Photo shoots, film shoots, professional meetings, or commercial uses are not permitted without prior approval. Please contact us for specific rates and authorizations.
Minimum Age Requirement:
The minimum age for making a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under 23 will only be allowed to stay if accompanied by an adult who meets this age requirement. If not, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refunds will be issued for non-compliance with this rule.
