The Space:
Enjoy a peaceful stay in this superb studio (4th floor with elevator), completely renovated and ideally located for visiting Paris! Perfectly furnished, it can accommodate two people.
The studio includes:
• A living space: has a double sofa bed with a real mattress for two people (140 × 200 cm), unlimited Wi-Fi access, a ceiling fan, a Smart TV and storage space.
• A bathroom: includes a modern shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
• A fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, hotplates, kettle, washer-dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans…
• A dining area: a space is provided to enjoy your meals comfortably.
The studio also has an iron and ironing board.

Bed linens and bath towels are provided for your comfort and convenience during your stay.
A professional cleaning service is carried out upon your arrival and departure to ensure the apartment is immaculate for your stay.
If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.
Family Services:
If you need a baby crib or high chair, please inform us in advance (with 72 hours' notice). Subject to availability, we will be happy to provide these items.
Please note that we do not provide baby linens.
Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-in: Between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Late check-ins will only be accepted the next day starting at 9:30 AM. Additional charges may apply for non-compliance with check-in hours.
Early Check-in: If you wish to check in before 3:00 PM, we can confirm availability only 24 hours in advance, with an additional charge of 50% of the nightly rate.
Late Check-out: If you wish to check out after the official check-out time, we can confirm availability 24 hours in advance, with an additional charge of 50% of the nightly rate.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit of €150 is required to access the property. This must be paid online via SWIKLY using a credit card. You will receive a refund within 21 business days after your departure, provided no damages are found.
Additional Charges:
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
Responsibilities and Rules:
Respect the peace and quiet of the neighbors. Significant noise disturbances may result in deductions from the security deposit.
Construction Work: Please note that construction work is taking place on the street in front of the building for an indefinite period. We are not responsible for this work and will not consider complaints regarding this matter.
Internet Use:
Do not use the internet access for unauthorized reproduction or distribution of copyrighted works.
Accessing websites prohibited by French and European legislation is strictly forbidden.
Please understand that any internet connectivity issues due to problems with telecommunication providers are not our responsibility and will not result in compensation.
Professional Use and Photography:
No photo shoots, filming, business meetings, or commercial use will be allowed without prior consent. Please contact us for specific rates and authorizations.
Minimum Age for Booking:
The minimum age for booking is 23 years. Persons under 21 will only be allowed to enter if an adult meeting the age criteria is present. Otherwise, access will be refused, and no refund requests will be accepted.
