«House is desperately in need of some TLC. Arrival is not very pleasant as house seems to be in a small industrial estate/ retail park, which is unattractive. Weeds encroaching on to the front path, and first impressions ruined by the appalling, horrible carpet, throughout the house. Carpet torn and falling to pieces!! And very rough underfoot. «2 pubs around the corner as well as the bus(every 20 minutes) to Summertown, and Oxford. By having parking, we were able to save a ton on parking fees in oxford. Super close to the a34 and a40 allows you to avoid oxford traffic and the congestion charges. Also The Trout on the thames river is a great place for a Sunday joint ( dinner). The food and drink at The Wolvercoat was super handy and flavorful. I would clearly stay here again.»

We loved all the little extra touches and the house was spacious and well thought out out. Would definitely book to stay again as we didn’t stay long enough to appreciate it all this time. «Perfect for our family visit to Oxford. The flat was clean and well stocked, we appreciated being able to do some meals at home and the in-unit laundry and drying racks. It was easy to drag our bags from the bus and train stations over to the flat, and easy walking distance to most that Oxford has to offer, with convenient access to bus routes for everything else. Highly recommend!»

«This house didn’t seem ready to be a rental, there were a lot of items in the kitchen but no silverware. No curtains on the window in the bathroom with a full view to the neighbor’s yard. There was a weird extra step in the bathroom that we constantly tripped on. The floors and radiators were dusty. There was no knob on the bathroom door.
