«Perfect in every way! The house was spotless and had everything we needed. It's situated approx 7 mins away from town in one direction, so you can leave the car on the drive, (a major plus) and 10 mins walk away from the woods in the other: ideal for an early morning, or any time dog walk! There's a hose in the garden for dirty boots and dogs and the back gate locks for security. Heating was easy to adjust and the fire worked beautifully. The TV was easy to operate and the Wifi was fab! ...

The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. «This place was amazing. It has been lovingly converted into accommodation with so much attention to detail that you don’t want to leave. The additional Christmas decorations were super cute and appreciated as well as the full service kitchen (with coffee and milk), games and fabulous top floor 360°window to watch the sunrise/sunset, wildlife etc. Highly recommend a stay here. »

«Was happy with the lovely smells and little extras they had , the down side was not very comfortable sofa and chair to sit on and no microwave ,and the shower was only luke warm ,kitchen was small and units for difficult to open »

«This is an exquisitely decorated and immaculate flat in central Oxford. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, the kitchen adequately stocked, and the location excellent. The back garden is small but a lovely space for a morning coffee. The flat itself is large, airy, and well designed. I would certainly stay here again.»
