A couple of recommendations to the host - a few coat hooks behind the front door would be very welcome, and some more hangers in each of the wardrobes. «I was not able to receive the check-in instructions so the day of I was panicked about how I would gain access to the house and the communication with the host and property manager was strained. Once we arrived at the property it was lovely and as described. It a cute, lovely neighborhood location with a delicious pub right across the street!»

«My second time renting this property as it is quite close to my Oxford family member’s flat and very convenient to the grocery and all of the city as well. To improve comfort the living area needs more comfortable seating with foot rests. The provided towels did not include wash cloths this time which would be helpful. But we made do and enjoyed the stay. It’s a nicely appointed property and I look forward to staying there again.»

«This property does not exist! We waited outside for 2 hours! The neighbors were concerned that we were lost so, they came out. Chris and Rosemary stayed with us for awhile and asked the other neighbors if they had the actual homeowners ' mobile number as they only had the land lines. The boyfriend of the youngest daughter of the home owners even drove out and told us that it's definitely not for rent! They all have us different hotel names to stay. «We really enjoyed our stay in Oxford! The house was perfect for our large group, from the rooms to the lounging area. The one complaint was cleanliness. There were quite a few places (including the kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and all bathrooms) where cleanliness was an issue. The dishwasher was also not working (and smelled really bad) but these all seem like quick and easy fixes!»

Then on arrival the Klevio electronic key didn’t work Despite many attempts. The key box had been ripped off the wall. The external part of the house was appalling. Finally soneone came and let me in. The WiFi didn’t work and phone signal poor. The garden was full of weeds with burnt out wood wall shelf. The dishwasher didn’t work. The tv didn’t work. ...

Possibly one of the better locations in Oxford. The apartment is modern and well equipped but there were just a few negative points more for the owners to repair. «Stained carpets and no cleaning except from making the bed. You need a code to open the key box outside the main door (telephone numbers to owner are given where the key boxes are). It is no reception at the place. Otherwise, all you need for week or so.»

«The listing advertised a hot tub, sadly there wasn’t one, which was most disappointing. One of the bedroom doors could not be closed due to the bed frame, the double bed was extremely uncomfortable. And the grass needs cutting. This could be a fantastic apartment if these issues were addressed. Sadly we cut our stay short by leaving a day earlier. The communication with the host and the cleanliness of the apartment was excellent.»
