«Perfect cottage for our family of 6. Great location with variety of dining and shopping options, perfect amount of space for the family to spread out or all be in one room together. Beautiful garden. The parking is tight for large vehicles but we made it work. The cottage is cute with historic charm and some low ceilings, but we’re all over 6’ tall found the charm worth ducking our heads for. Highly recommend the Dolphin House!»

«The property was lovely with nice kitchen and 2 en-suites , however some improvements could make a massive difference, there wasn’t enough comfortable seating for 4 people, the sofa was lovely but too much of a squeeze for 4, the lounge needs another comfy armchair not the desk chair that was there, the outside space was well over grown and not kept tidy, the bushes are well overgrown making the outside space tiny, there is also a well overgrown bush overhanging the front door , the location of ...

Thorn house was loved by all of us, it had everything we needed, plenty of space and beautifully decorated. There are shops near by and you get 30% off a specific chinese takeaway when staying at Thorn house. We explored Oxford, which is a 30 min drive.
