PLEASE NOTE:

- Must be at least 25 years old to book.

- No need to worry if you arrive late, we offer keyless pad entry! Additional details will be provided upon booking.

- Pool/Spa Heat is available for $40 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the pool may not heat all the way to the desired temperature. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation.

- Please kindly note that Pool Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.

- Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.

- Guests are expected to respect the resort`s quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. We reserve the right to remove guests who violate these rules and/or cause disturbances in the community.

- Packages may be shipped directly to the home address. Please arrange deliveries for times when you are home, as we are unable to store or handle packages. If a package is mistakenly addressed to the clubhouse, or if no one is available to receive it, the resort will charge a $20 handling fee, payable at the Front Desk. USPS does not deliver to the property, though Amazon typically delivers directly to the front door. Please kindly note that we cannot accept liability for mail or packages.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home including the patio and screened-in lanai area.

- Gatherings with your group are great, but parties and events are not allowed.

- Pets are not permitted in the home.

- Kindly bring kitchen condiments if you plan to cook.

- Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

- We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need.

- Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.

- Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

- Please kindly note that, as part of the resort’s policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.
