Clean home, great location. However, unable to enjoy a bbq without having to refill propane, had to continuously contact host because we were unable to adjust the air. Cold front had came it was very unfortunate that air couldn’t be controlled after paying for our stay. Furniture is outdated which is OK, however mattresses are very uncomfortable, you can feel the springs with every turn. Once you book closer to date of stay they send information packets, with hidden fees. Wish I would’ve known sooner. You also need to purchase an access card for your stay in order to commute through front gate. Recommend for distance to Disney, but don’t recommend if you want to be able to feel like if you’re at home with the simplest thing of adjusting air to your preference. Would send photos to host of air being locked and kept getting same response if any response at all.

Wonderful place to stay. Close to psrks

We had a few problems when we arrived. The smoke detector would not stop chirping. Called it in and batteries arrived within hours. The other problem was the tv in the living room quit working. Again TV arrived next morning. Would stay again if i need too

Great Location, Responsive Host

Honestly this stay was very mid. It’s a great location for Disney with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. The host was very responsive to my questions and concerns (more on that in a moment) about the stay. I appreciate their work and the stay was comfortable enough for what we needed from a large group vacation home. However, the house itself was lacking a true vacation feel. I’m unsure if the property management service or the previous tenant is at fault here, but there were multiple broken chairs upon arrival. The BBQ was gross and unclean (which, thankfully, was immediately remedied by the host even though we decided not to use it). And many beds lacked top sheets. The pool area was not well lit for nighttime enjoyment. And the decor felt very sparse and random. Disorganized kitchen and weird utensil situations (3 sets of tongs and a half a tong, egg beaters but no machine to beat with, etc.) left us wanting more and we had to purchase things to cook. Missing cleaning supplies, TP, and soaps in some bathrooms. Listen, getting a rental house near Disney is primarily for location, and I acknowledge that. And, at the end of the day, you don't book a vacation near Disney for the house you are staying in. So, this house is great for exactly that: Location near the parks, multiple bedrooms, and comfortable enough for sleeping. However, if you are looking for a vacation stay in a house that will make you feel like you are on vacation, it’s not this house.

Disgusting and dated

There was dirty dishes, coffee in coffee pot, dirty floors, dirty pool and pool deck, garbage bag for curtains, no bed linens were clean. All dirty! Broken glass everywhere throughout the house.

Worst vacation rental ever!!

The house was so dated none of the bedroom lights worked no lights at the pool or pool area for night swimming furniture was broken down and dirty i could go on but i think ive made my point ckear i wouldn't recommend this rental to my worst enemy

Upgrade

The first day we had to clean up due to the house not being completely cleaned before we arrived, the poolhad to be clean when we arrived. Also the toilet flooded the bathroom in the master bedroom allcon the first day. The pool table was sitting on towels and one of the racks.... There were no darts for the dart board. Alot of the light switches didn't work. The refrigerator didn't get as cold as it should have been. The furniture is worn out and needs to be replaced and there was no covering over the patio to shade you from the sun if you were not in the pool..

Family Vacation

The property is in a great location. Our family of 6 had a good time at the house. We ran into a few issues before we arrived. We were told that the pool heat, barbecue grill, and entrance to the resort were an extra fee. We did pay for the pool heat but were told to send money thru Venmo, which seemed a little odd. The pool heat worked great and we could swim even when the outside air temperature was colder. We did contact vrbo and the extras are now on the description for the house. The house had bedding and dishes. You have to bring your own paper goods, dishwasher detergent, and garbage bags with you. The top bunk of the bunk bed was made, but when we put our child to bed the bed was covered in crackers. We stripped the bed and washed everything. I did reach out to the management company numerous times, and each time they responded very quickly. All in all it was a positive experience.

Great house and location for HUGE family

Finding a home that can accommodate over 14 people is hard but this home had just about everything we needed. The only caveat I had was the downstairs bedroom by the front door didn't have its own bathroom, it looks like it was really an office that got turned into a bedroom. We didn't get to use the pool as intended due to the cold front that came through but it still looked lovely at night. The check in and out process was very easy and the owner was easy to reach with questions or concerns during the entire stay.

Great size for a large mixed group

The property is exactly as depicted. While the communal areas aren't designed for large groups (12 of us), meaning we couldn't all sit in the same place to eat, the bedrooms and bathrooms are generous in size. Pool was really clean. Location for all major theme parks is perfect. We plan to book again in future.

Florida vacation

The back sliding door didn’t lock it had a piece of pipe to hold it close, in the kitchen there was a broken chair my wife almost fell we put it away in the garage, besides those 2 items everything else was ok.

Total lack of consideration

The stay was a total nightmare the “hot tub” was cold the A/C completely turned off and they told us they would send someone the day that we were leaving the rooms felt like sauna unable to sleep the property management they don’t answer your calls had leave 3 to 4 voicemails for them to send me text message that said we will send you someone Sunday we Informed them that we were leaving that day and they told us there was nothing they could do .honestly worst experience do not recommend at all

Lots of room, a little out dated

The exterior and pool are beautiful, the rooms are perfect sizes. This rental worked perfectly for our group of dancers & their moms! Six car limit with 7 bedrooms was challenging, as each dancer needed to be at the competition at different times. One of our families was sent away at midnight after a long day at competition due to the registered car limit. However, with a little communication and coordination, that would not have been an issue.

Great house. Needs some updates.

There were 14 of us that stayed in the house. It was plenty big enough, and a lot of things for the younger ones to do. When we got to the house though, the temperature was 89 degrees inside and got as high as 91. When I called the property manager I could not help but feel like I was inconveniencing them. I was told they would be there after 9:30a.m. However, they did not come until the following day. The temperature in the house never got below 76. Overall it was a great house and met our needs and would consider staying there again but it does need some maintenance done.

Extremely beautiful property that is kept in like new condition!

The house was spectacular. Almost all rooms had a bathroom, kitchen was well stocked, the game room was great for the kids, we were thrilled! This property is kept as if it were a brand new model home. It's kept in pristine condition. We truly enjoyed our stay due to the comfort and homey feeling that this home provided us. The location was amazing as well!!! Far enough to feel peace and yet close enough to access everything quickly!!! Great choice truly!
