THE SPACE

Child Safety: The doors leading to the pool are equipped with a pool alarm for added peace of mind.

Living Areas
The heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, flowing into a bright breakfast nook. Enjoy meals together in the formal dining area, or unwind in one of the two separate living rooms, each furnished for comfort and complete with a flat-screen TV.

Outdoor Oasis
Your private, screened-in lanai is an oasis of relaxation. Take a dip in the sparkling pool, soak in the attached spa or lounge in the sun with peaceful views of the water just beyond the lawn. It is the ideal spot for creating lasting memories.

Bedrooms
The master suite offers a King bed and an ensuite bathroom. Three Queen bedrooms provide comfortable space for the rest of your group.

HOUSE RULES

• Check-in is at 4:00 PM
• Check-out is at 10:00 AM
• Minimum age to book is 21

• Towels, linens, hair dryers, an iron and an ironing board are provided
• A starter pack of essentials is included
• Washcloths are not provided

• A Pack 'n Play and a high chair are available upon request

• Pool/Spa heat is available for $30 + tax per night
• Heat must be requested at least 2 days before check-in
• The spa is not a hot tub; the pool and spa heat to the same temperature
