Sleeping arrangements

The home accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 6 beds, offering space for families or groups to settle in comfortably. Three bathrooms provide room to refresh and reset between outings, with bathroom essentials and hot water available throughout your stay.

Room-darkening shades make it easy to sleep in after full days at the parks, while central air conditioning and heating help you keep the space comfortable. A pack ’n play or travel crib is available upon request, and the home includes a high chair and children’s dinnerware. A free washer and dryer in the unit make longer stays or mid-trip refreshes simple.



Home safety and connectivity

The home is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Wifi is available throughout the space, and smart TVs provide easy entertainment during downtime.

Within Storey Lake Resort, you’ll have access to community amenities such as a resort-style pool, lazy river, splash pad, sand volleyball court, mini golf, and a canoe or kayak launch area. A shared gym is located nearby. The property sits close to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld Orlando, as well as shops, restaurants, and essential stops like Walmart and Starbucks. Travel times include 23 minutes to MCO Airport and just a few minutes to major roads and local conveniences.

The Neighborhood:

Located right in the heart of Kissimmee. Nestled near the ever-so-beloved Walt Disney World, as well as SeaWolrd Orlando and Universal Studios.



Storey Lake Resort is a gated master-planned resort community that offers convenient access to everything from fine-dining restaurants, spas, health centers, clinics, local transport stations, and shopping destinations all within a short distance drive. The community clubhouse offers a community swimming pool, full-service restaurant, tiki bar, splash pad, sand volleyball, and mini-golf.



Getting Around:

Renting a car is the best way to get around and explore Orlando/Kissimmee. You'll have free designated parking when booking our property.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



All reservations require damage protection, processed via our third-party system before arrival:

- 1-Night stays: $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, released after a damage-free checkout inspection).

- 2+ Night stays: Choose between the $250 refundable deposit or a non-refundable $20/night damage waiver (max $100), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear.

Note: Deposit holds expire after 7 days. For longer stays, the hold is released on day 6 and re-authorized to keep coverage continuous.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
