### The Space

Welcome to your family's dream vacation home in the heart of the action! This stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse at Storey Lake Resort comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, offering the perfect blend of private comfort and resort excitement.

On the first floor, you'll find a bright, open-plan living area where you can relax and stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious family meals, which can be enjoyed at the adjacent dining area. This level also features a cozy queen bedroom with its own Smart TV and a convenient full bathroom.

Step outside to your private, screened-in patio to find your very own pool and a dining table for four—perfect for a morning coffee or an evening dip. Upstairs, the spacious master suite awaits, complete with a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a relaxing bathtub and a double sink. Kids will love the two themed bedrooms: one inspired by Mickey Mouse and the other a fun jungle adventure, both with two twin beds and Smart TVs. A shared bathroom and a laundry area with a washer and dryer complete the second floor.

You will have exclusive access to the entire townhouse, including the private pool and patio. As our guest, you also receive full access to the incredible amenities at the waterfront Storey Lake Resort.

### Getting Around

The resort is ideally located for exploring all that Orlando has to offer. A car is recommended for maximum flexibility, and the home is easily accessible from major highways. Ride-sharing services are also readily available in the area.

### House Rules

* At least one guest in the party must be 21 years of age or older to book.

### Important Information

* **Check-in:** 4:00 PM | **Check-out:** 10:00 AM
* **Private Pool Heat:** This can be added for an additional fee of $30 per night for your entire stay. This must be requested at least 2 days before check-in.
* **Barbecue Grill:** A grill can be provided for an additional fee of $65 per stay, which includes a propane tank and final cleaning. This must be requested before check-in.
* **Packages:** Please contact us for instructions regarding package deliveries.
* **Concierge Services:** We can assist with , park tickets, grocery shopping, and more. Please contact us for details.
* **Security Camera:** An exterior security camera is installed at the front entrance, facing the front door area. However, it is currently not operational and does not record video or audio.
