Welcome to our magnificent single-family villa, nestled within the prestigious Windsor Hills Resort, a mere 3 miles away from the iconic Walt Disney World gate. With an impressive 6 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this enchanting retreat is the perfect haven for your unforgettable family vacation.

Step outside and indulge in your very own private oasis, where a refreshing pool awaits your enjoyment. Bask in the glorious Florida sunshine while creating culinary delights in the summer kitchen—a delightful spot for relaxation and cherished moments with your loved ones.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, the private pool area, and the clubhouse.

Three days before your arrival we will send you the access code for the property, Wi-Fi, and the house address via private message (inbox). You will also receive a Welcome Guide by email with all the information you need for your stay. For your convenience, we provide a 24-hour emergency phone line to ensure you have all the support you need throughout your stay.

HOUSEKEEPING
• To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee if needed.

POOL & SPA
• Please note: the attached spa is not a jacuzzi and does not have jets. It can only be heated when the entire pool is heated, as both will maintain the same temperature.
• The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool under these conditions and it doesn’t reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be available.
• For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather. This is a normal precaution to prevent damage and will resume functionality automatically.
• Pool heating is optional and subject to availability.

The luxurious gated community Windsor Hills Resort has the ideal location for your enjoyment, just minutes away from the main Disney parks and all the attractions Orlando area has to offer. Included on the guests’ stay, Windsor Hills offers a large range of amenities in a safe community. You will find:

• Large lake-style pool;
• Jacuzzi;
• Splash area;
• Cinema;
• Fitness center;
• Playgrounds;
• Convenience store;
• Arcade;
• Game room;
• Basketball, tennis and volleyball courts.

This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:
- Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
- Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
- Laundry: One laundry detergent.
- Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).

PLEASE NOTE:
The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:
• Pool heating: $33 per day with a minimum charge of $165, subject to availability.
• Early check-in (from 12 pm): $127, subject to availability.
• Late check-out (until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.

Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.

Florida is a magical place! It offers a perfect weather that attracts millions of tourists. The houses have screens on the windows and pools that prevent the entry of animals.

POOL CLEANING
Pool cleaning at Windsor Hills Resort houses is typically conducted weekly on Mondays, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.

VISITORS
• Visitors (including family and friends) will be allowed into the resort if the owner/guest contacts the front guardhouse. Please contact the guardhouse for food deliveries as well.

PARKING
• There is a 3-car maximum per property address. There is a 3-car maximum per property address. Exceptions must be approved prior to arrival and are not guaranteed.

CLUBHOUSE
• Clubhouse facilities including a Swimming Pool, Slide, Recreation Area, Fitness Center, and Game Room, are available to all registered guests;

TRASH
• Trash at Windsor Hills is picked up 7 days a week;
• Trash collection starts at 10h30 am, so put your trash early in the morning INSIDE the bench located at your front door. There is no side collection;

AMENITIES
• Windsor Hills Market Place: open 7 days a week, the hours of operation change seasonally.
Operating hours are 10:00am – 7:00pm. Hours subject to change.
• Ping Pong: located right beside the pool. Equipment is available to rent at the Welcome Center for a $1.00 fee and $10.00 refundable cash deposit. Prices subject to change.

The location is ideal-just minutes from the theme parks, shopping, and restaurants, which made everything super convenient.The house was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout gave everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax.The highlight for our teens was definitely the private pool! They spent hours swimming and hanging out there, especially after long days at the parks. The game room, fast Wi-Fi, and smart TVs were a huge hit too-there was always something for them to do.It was the perfect home base for our Orlando vacation, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for any family traveling with teens!
