Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with free parking included during your stay.

Guests can also use a taxi service or a rideshare company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.

Other Things to Note:
Resort pass sharing is not allowed.

Video Cameras: There are security cameras placed outside of the property, one is the doorbell camera facing the driveway, the other facing the garage. The camera is battery-operated and the motion sensor is activated. The video footage is not shared and is recorded solely for security and liability reasons. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guests being evicted without a refund.

Long but please read before booking

When we booked this home we read all the reviews and the biggest issue was cleanliness. Unfortunately due to hurricane helene we had to last minute change plans and we found this house and we decided if cleanliness was the only issue if should be fine. If you’re interested in booking this home here are some things to know first. The house is great and huge with lots of room for 32 people, the communication was great, and check in was easy and simple but they could definitely do a better job cleaning. They told us that we were only allowed 3 cars but we were told by the actually property management that we were allowed as many that fit in the driveway we just could not park in the street at all. Club house and bigger pool is very nice and clean. The houses pool was nice but I suggest they send someone to clean it if someone is staying there more than three nights. Garbage was picked up everyday but make sure everything is in a garbage bag even a bottle or they won’t take it. Our air kept having issues but if you keep the big sliding door closed at all times and use to side door it helps. Our WiFi kept going out as well. If I had to book this house again I would but if you’re a Karen out there know you were warned about the issues but cleanliness being the most important.

Family Vacation

The pictures do not accurately display what you actually see in person. The outside of the home was filthy. Loose Trash was left in the outside trash bin, my husband literally had to clean it out. The inside of the home especially downstairs was dirty. Stains on kitchen walls, baseboards dirty. Sofa was broken, dishwasher had standing water that smelled. The couch was stained, found hair in bed linens downstairs. I was very embarrassed because the house was just not clean. Some of the chairs were loose and there was no air hockey table in the game room. The property needs upgrades and a new cleaning crew.

The issues with the house, there were no kitchen towels, no dish rags, some bathrooms had garbage cans others did not, one of the beds were broke, air hockey table was unusable, the leg was broke and leaning, the neighborhood had garbage all over. Overall would not rent this property again.

Family Time

The property is accurate as far as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The furniture and decor is also accurate to pictures. If you have a large group this property will definitely host you all. My issue was the cleanliness of the house. The carpets were filthy. They had spots from the bottom step to the top floor in every room. We wore out crocs or shower shoes on the floors because of this. The bedding had strands of hair when you pulled the sheets back. Several mattress covers were stained. Several of the shower and sink drains, drained slowly. This would cause you to be standing in dirty water in the shower. There was standing water in the dishwashers so we didn't use them. In one room we found underwear peeking from behind a dresser. In another we found DIRTY linens that housekeeping missed. We paid to have the hottub heated. It NEVER got hot. There was the instance when a blaring alarm continued to go off from 4ish a.m. until well after lunch when customer service/host finally got us a code to disarm it. The king bedrooms had very basic linen for the beds. You could literally see through them. There was a quilt on the bed but it was almost as thin as a sheet. When the trash was picked it was left a trails of whatever was in the bags on the front walk way. The rugs at the front door and the pool area do not look to have been washed or changed in a very long time, as they were nasty. There were stained walls/damaged furnishings in several areas of the property.

Overall, the stay was enjoyable. The home was beautiful and provided lots of space for my family. The upstairs carpet was filthy. It needs to be either shampooed or replaced. Other than that, we didn’t have any other complaints.

Need some TLC

This property has a lot of potential, but is not being taken care of. The walls in the living area and staircase area needs to be painted badly. Also this unit has carpet in the bedroom in which are very dirty and need to be replaced or cleaned. You would not want to walk bare footed on that carpet. Several of my family reported dirty bed sheets and one bedroom had hair on the bed. One room had a broken TV, in which shows they are not inspecting thire property after renters leave. The hot tub had a broken tile in which someone could get hurt from. Overall if the property owner make sure the cleaning crew and maintenance crew are doing thire jobs this unit could and would be a perfect unit for a large family vacation.
