Welcome to your upscale Storey Lake Resort escape—the ideal home base for families and groups enjoying Orlando. This spacious 9-bedroom, 5-bathroom vacation home welcomes up to 20 guests, combining comfortable spaces, family-friendly details, and access to one of Central Florida’s most desirable resort communities.

The home features stylish interiors, open-concept living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen for shared meals at home. Every bedroom is arranged with comfort in mind, including king and queen suites as well as themed children’s spaces such as Mickey’s Room, bringing a touch of Disney magic indoors.

Outside, relax in your own screened private pool and attached spa. Please note: the spa is not a jacuzzi and does not have jets. The pool area includes outdoor loungers, furniture, and a child safety fence—an inviting setting to recharge after a day at the parks.

As a Storey Lake Resort guest, you can enjoy complimentary access to exceptional amenities within walking distance, including a resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, gym, spa, playgrounds, and sports courts.

HOUSE RULES

No parties, no unauthorized pets, and no smoking inside the home. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. A $250 fine applies for smoking indoors.

STARTER SUPPLIES & SELF-CATERING

This is a vacation home, and we provide complimentary starter supplies to help you settle in before shopping: one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, two garbage bags, one soap, one fabric softener, one dish sponge, one dish detergent, a few dishwasher pods, plus one shampoo, one conditioner, and one soap per bathroom.

To help avoid contamination, we do not provide seasonings or food. This is a self-catering property, so please visit a nearby supermarket for personal toiletries and desired meals.

TOWELS

In accordance with Airbnb hygiene recommendations and COVID-19 guidelines, wash towels are considered disposable, personal items; we recommend bringing your own. Bath towels, hand towels, and pool towels are provided at the home in proportion to the number of registered guests.

HOUSEKEEPING

Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Before your arrival, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected, with clean linens and towels prepared for your stay. Mid-stay cleaning may be requested for an additional fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL

Please follow the resort’s trash-collection schedule and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to help keep the home clean.

ONLINE PURCHASES

Packages sent through USPS will not be delivered because the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses; those packages will be returned to the sender. Only UPS, DHL, and FedEx deliver to the property.

At some resorts, packages may be delivered to the clubhouse, fees may apply, or packages may not be accepted. We are not responsible for unexpected issues involving online purchases. Please contact us with any questions before placing an order.

POOL HEATING — IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Pool heat costs $35 per day.

A minimum of 3 consecutive days is required.

The temperature will not exceed 95°F.

Pool heat must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and has no jets. It can only be heated when the entire pool is heated, and both will have the same temperature.

The heater operates through heat exchange and will not function effectively in cold weather. If pool heat is requested during cold conditions and the desired temperature is not reached, a refund cannot be provided.

The pool heater pump has a safety system that prevents overheating when it runs excessively during cold weather. This may automatically result in a temporary interruption of service until the pump can operate efficiently again. Pool heating is optional and may not be available at all times.

Additional charges may apply if house rules are not followed and the owner must arrange repairs or extra cleaning.
