The villa is a luxurious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation home which features a large private south facing pool and spa with conservation view plus fully air conditioned rooms and Smart TV's in the living room, all bedrooms and games room. The games room is equipped with a Pool Table, Air Hockey and Foosball table.
It is pleasantly furnished and is fully equipped and prepared for guests on their arrival. We provide free high-speed internet wi-fi inclusive in the cost of your stay. The pool area of the property is private and secluded and not overlooked from the rear as here there is a woodland that is covered by a preservation order. There are two sets of patio doors that lead onto the pool surround area which is fully equipped with chairs, sunbeds and tables for lazing under the Florida sun. There is off-road parking and a car is recommended for the duration of your stay but an Uber and taxi service can be available if required.
We have a local management company on hand to assist should any problems arise at the villa for which we will provide contact details.
Please state whether you would require pool heat for the duration of your stay when you make the initial enquiry. Pool heat is an additional charge of £ 30 per day / £ 210 per week and is optional if desired between the months of November - March.
There is a minimum stay policy of 4 days for which a cleaning surcharge of £ 110.00 including all local taxes will be automatically added to the quotation. A 5 day stay will eliminate this surcharge after communication with host.
The villa underwent a major refurbishment in January 2022.
The home is on the superb Emerald Island Resort and close to all major roads and famous Florida attractions including Walt Disney World only 10 minutes away. Manned at the security gate 7 days a week and 24 hours a day the resort offers fun and security in the same instance. Only a couple of minutes walk away is the Emerald Island clubhouse where you will find the resort concierge service, Tiki Bar with communal pool and spa, exercise room and sauna plus other facilities. The entry procedure requires you to obtain a gate access card per vehicle which will act as your passport to gain entry onto Emerald Island and to access amenities around the resort. There is a $20 fee per access card which the owner will provide further details on.
Also, main traffic routes are close by with Interstate 4 only 5 miles away and FL-429 easily reached in good time. Restaurants and shopping including Formosa Gardens and Margaritaville are within 5 minutes of the resort.
