The condo is on the second floor.(sorry no elevator ) . There are 2 spacious bedrooms with a Queen bed in each room. Master bedroom is equipped with laptop table for a work-friendly environment. There is TV in both rooms that is connected to the internet for your entertainment. Kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials for daily cooking, you just need the ingredients. The house also has a washer and dryer in the unit for your laundry needs.

The community has a swimming pool, an outdoor picnic area with grill and a tennis court.

Unit amenities include; towels, linen, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, electric toaster, central air/heat, dishes, cookware and utensils.

This is a strictly no smoking property. Strictly Events or Parties.
Strictly No Pets. If violated we will charge $100 penalty.
Please no parties, no types of gatherings or events are acceptable. Sorry no pets.

We have a playpen and a highchair for our very very young guests.

We have a security camera outside the main door monitoring the area outside the main entrance.

Our holiday vacation home rentals are all self-catering. This means that is under your responsibility to bring all of the supplies which you will consume or use during your stay. This includes toiletries, food, drink, sanitary supplies, etc.

Guest acknowledges that Florida's has a tropical climate Insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Owner will try to minimize encounters, but any encounter inside the property does not breach this Agreement and does not entitle Guest to a refund or rental adjustment.


No Third-party services are allowed at our house. Violating this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund and will incur additional penalties.
