"What an amazing home! It is beautifully decorated with an incredible water view. And, the home has so many fun things to do - Avatar movie theater, a poolside theater, a Harry Potter game room and very fun themed kids bedrooms." Christina C.

LOOKING for a beautiful and fun vacation home to rent? This is it! It has an Avatar indoor movie theater, a poolside theater with bar area and mini fridge, a Harry Potter theme game room, 3 themed kids' bedrooms, kids playroom (under the stairs), and a private heated pool and spa (heating extra $) with a beautiful water view and plenty of seating for lounging and dining. PLUS, it's less than a 10-minute walk to the Windsor At Westside clubhouse and water park. The large clubhouse has an exercise room, restaurant, bar and arcade. The water park has a large zero entry pool, a kids splash pool, and a lazy river. There is also a volleyball court and tennis/pickle ball/basketball court. And, it's within 15-40 minutes from Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, great restaurants and shopping, and the Orlando International Airport.

This house was absolutely amazing. Very spacious and very clean. The themed rooms were a hit with the kids. The huge kitchen was wonderful and the large dining room table was a must. The amount of king sized beds was welcomed as we had multiple families in our party. Very close to Disney which was a must. The gated community was a plus. The neighborhood was quiet. The two sets of washer and dryers was do helpful. And the pool area was beautiful. Thr beat part of the house was the Avatar themed theater. It was amazing. We watched a few movies and it was so comfortable. And the screen was huge. The communication with all involved with the rental and the home was tip top and above and beyond.

Simplicity

A few things didnt work properly ie., the refrigerator did not get as cold as it should and the Freezer did not freeze our food. The ice maker inside started dripping water due to not freezing. The projector/screen did not work by the pool couldn't enjoy that. Over all the stay was ok. The home is nice and as described in its decriptive review to accommodate friends or family. Hopefully the issues I ran into will not be for the next person.

We had a Great Time! Everything instruction from directions to check-in to property management issues to supply you may need to pick up. Directions on how to operate the theater, which was the highlight of the evenings. The gaming room, which the kids throughly loved. Don't forget fun time and relaxing in the pool after the days outing. The house was amazing and garbage pick up daily was a bonus. We can't wait to go back. Thanks to Keith Courtney for keeping me updated on the arrangements and any last minute changes.Jerri W.

Very nice vacation home! 4.5 stars

Our stay was very enjoyable. The home is very spacious. The 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms were great and fun. With a few repairs and updates this would be a 5 star home. I would rate this home as 4 to 4.5 stars.Some of the feedback I’m going to write is out of the homeowners control but it did impact our stay. The community entrance gate appears to be under construction. We had to wait in line and had to provide our reservation details in order to get a gate card. The property manager had instructed us to use a gate code but this is no longer accurate. Entering the community was a hassle daily because of the line of traffic waiting to get in. Once they finish the other entrance lanes it will speed up the process. We also found an additional unmanned gate on the side that we could use our gate card at. Highly recommend this option be put in the instructions at check in. When we’re first arrived to the house, the driveway was blocked by neighbors from other homes and unfortunately the first thing we smelled was weed getting out of the car. Not a comfortable feeling when you are bringing young families in. Thankfully the weed neighbors left the next day.When we entered the house we were very impressed. It matched the pictures for the most part. The house is big and slept our group of 8 people very comfortably.Issues: some TV remotes didn’t work, the pool table legs were broken, projectors in the movie theater and pool are old and don’t work well.

I’d love to give this property 5 stars across the board, but there were a few instances that don’t allow me to do that. The house itself was everything we hoped it would be. The issues we had were solely with dealing with the property managers. I had to ask, multiple times for pictures of the grill, over the course of a couple months, in order to be able to plan properly for our stay. I finally received it days before the trip, but when we arrived, the propane tank was empty, unlike the promise in the contract. It was after hours when we made this discovery, so we had to wait until 9 the next morning in order to get ahold of someone, which pushed our time table back for our day. Then, once we received a new propane tank, and started up the grill, it immediately began backfiring. We contacted the property manager and were told to walk down two houses and take the grill from another home. Everything else was great, but the customer service, on the property managers part, left a lot to be desired.

Above & Beyond Expectations!

This home went beyond our expectations! We were amazed when we stepped through the doorway into the amazing design, lighting, and artistry in the themed rooms! The view of the lake outside behind the pool is mesmerizing! The entertainment, from the Avatar theatre room to the upstairs arcade style loft with games for everyone in the family, gave my family of all ages plenty to do when we were not at amusement parks. The home was pristine with most supplies provided to cook, serve food, and have basic toiletries including pool towels. We had several generations and December birthdays to celebrate and it was the perfect, super spacious place to do it! The owners communicated with us multiple times before, during and after our stay to make sure we were satisfied and answer any questions we had. I have used VRBO to stay at several beautiful homes on lakes and in cabins in California with my family. This home surpassed them all! If you want an unforgettable experience stay in this home!

Good time and spacious house

Listed as 5 car parking and it only applies if you have compact cars. You could not get 4 in the driveway. Not to mention all of the street parking makes it a one lane street and dodging mirrors House was clean and looked just as advertised.

Very Nice Home

The pictures were very accurate, the home is very nicely decorated. We had a small problem with ants, but we just went out and got some ant bait. The management team communicates very well. My only suggestion would be to update the toilets and dishwasher. Everything else was quite pleasant. We felt very safe in the quiet, gated community. toilets

2024 Cummings Family Vacation

It was everything our family needed and more. Located centrally to local attractions, beaches and lakes. The home was set up for all age groups to enjoy with the pool, game room , theater and onsite water park. Our little one enjoyed the kids room. We highly recommend this property for your next family vacation.

Family Back to School Bash

This was the first time staying at this house, but the third time staying at this resort. The house accommodated all 16 family members with space to spare. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The kids and adults really enjoyed the theater room, this was the first time we stayed in a unit with this amenity. If I had one complaint it would be that the glass door to the pool was super hard to push open. Wonderful time in a beautiful house.

Nice but not as clean

The house was as advertised. All features worked in the house. However, when we first arrived there were ants and roaches in the kitchen on the first day. Thankfully we didn't see any bugs after that. I washed my bed linen because I felt like it wasn't washed. The floors were not as clean as they could've been. There was hair on the floor and some of the bedroom blankets. Communication was great between owners.

Your Own Magical Kingdom!

To say that this property is a 10/10 is an understatement. There are surprises around every corner! From the incredible 9 seat home theatre to the outdoor bar/tv set-up to watch the big game outside while sitting in the hot tub! Upstairs game room leads you to the "Themed" bedrooms that look like they've been designed and constructed by the Disney creative crew themselves. This place is truly a work of art!

Fantastic Disney House

The house is even better than the pics! Communication with host was great, pool and spa were heated with no problems. Location is perfect, only 15-20 min to Disney bubble (for me that's faster than staying on property) the house has everything we needed, towels, double washer/dryer, stocked kitchen. If there were more than 5 stars I would give it. We ranged from ages 6-60 and everyone was comfortable and happy. Can't wait to go back!

Amazing stay!

We had 15 in our group (ages ranging from <1 to 70) and everyone agreed it was the best house they've ever stayed in! The theming across all rooms & areas was done amazingly well. It looks massive yet also inviting every time you walk in, especially the first time.
