Located at a beautiful villa complex with pools, lazy river, gym, business center, Volleyball and basketball courts, and more. Our location is only 7 miles away from Disney and parks, and minutes away from restaurants, major banks, grocery stores, and more. It's the best place for a beautiful family getaway.

Detached villa with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Spacious Bedrooms with Luxury Bedding, high-quality sheets, down comforters, and duvet covers on every bed.
Fully Equipped Kitchen with plentiful counter space, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

Enjoy the entire home relaxing in the pool & hot tub in the backyard. Fast WiFi throughout the entire house. The game room has multiple games for your entertainment. Enjoy the movie theatre for the whole family on a projection screen over 120 inches!

There is one master bedroom on the first floor, 2 master bedrooms on the second floor, one kid-decorated bunk bedroom (with an additional trundle bed), one bedroom with 1 queen bed, and lastly one kid-decorated bedroom with 2 twin beds. Every room comes with a TV and cable.

Due to COVID-19, each driver entering the premises must be registered beforehand.

The entry door has a keyless passcode entry.

As for parking, there is private parking for two cars but you could also park freely on the road or clubhouse if you choose to.

Guests can access the clubhouse and its amenities at no additional cost.

If there is ever anything that needs to be done, our crew can be at the house quickly.

A couple of notes:
Pet-friendly, with a $25 surcharge for the whole stay. This is solely what our cleaning crew surcharges us.

We allow baggage drop-off after 12 noon - meaning you can drop your bags off at the house, but the official check-in time would be after 4 PM. In the meantime, you are more than welcome to use the clubhouse and all its facilities at no extra cost.

Storey Lake features the Hideaway Club, a resort clubhouse filled with amenities for active families that include multiple sports courts, children's playgrounds as well as a resort-style swimming pool with the splash water park. The Hideaway Club is also a full-service restaurant and bar. There are multiple activities to enjoy with your friends and family such as mini-golf and kayaking. With lush surroundings, Storey Lake also features many nature trails and conservation areas.
All guests will have free access to the amenities inside the gated resort. A lazy river, beach volleyball, outdoor basketball, Full gym, kayak, pool access & more.

The place was great, clean, close to attractions and stores. Family loved the game room, projector living room and the pool area with the canal view! Pool was not heated but the resort is a few mins away in a car and we spent a lot of time there anyway.

Comfortable house for a large family

We stayed with my daughter’s family with three young children and my son and family came for a couple of days. The accommodations were comfortable for all three families. The pool at the house was nice and warm and the kids loved walking to the water park area. The activities every day for the kids at the club house were a big hit. We ate there one night and the food was good. We also enjoyed the game room at the house. If you have time, check out the Escape Room right near the property. The one we did was fun and our 7 year old in the group was able to help.We went to Disney one day and it was a nice quick ride there.

Great House - Location - Private pool - Grill

House is Great! Lots to do on a rainy day or if you just want to stay in. The common area pool, lazy river, and other areas are VERY crowded and expensive (for the things there that there is a charge for) and we found them to be really of no value. We selected this house over others in the area to use these amenities. Although the house was great, this was a big disappointment. So glad the house had its own pool. The grill was a plus as well. We did notice that the houses on both sides of us had renters for just a few days during our stay. The noise levels were a bit much during these days as the houses are only a few feet away from each other. I did send our host a list of items that needed his attention upon our checking out and I haven't had a response.

Excellent vacation rental home

This was one of six rental homes in Storey Creek for my family gathering for a reunion. The home was clean, well-equipped, well cared for and was accurately described online. It was, in fact, nicer than several of the other homes we rented, even those that were more expensive. We found the location to be great for Disney, Universal and other Orlando and Kissimmee attractions. Highly recommended.

Lovely property, ideally situated just 10 mins to most Disney Parks

We stayed with a party of 7 (3 adult couples with a 5 year old). The property was clean, well equipped and with great facilities for all to enjoy. There was a little damage to some of the games room which didn't stop us enjoying ourselves but it could do with refreshing at some point soon. TV's in all room was welcome for "down time" and the upstairs cinema room when I sorted out the cabling worked great to keep the kiddos entertained later in the evening. The outside area was clean, spacious and safe. We sadly had some nightmare neighbours which did spoil our stay for 4 days but this was nothing the host can sort out but just be aware in any rental location, you can get good/bad neighbours as most of the estate was holiday lets only (no permanent residents). Beds were clean and there were pool towels provided but be sure to do a quick run to Walmart or Publix and pick up the essentials: seasoning, milk, bread, fruits, toilet rolls and toiletries as nothing is provided. Again not a negative, but just something to be aware of. Some hosts have left us a starter pack before but here that wasn't the case. Be sure to head direct to the Gatehouse on 4700 Windemere Avenue to check your car in and get a gate pass. This stops you getting stuck like we did :) The property has great electronic keypads and high speed internet throughout and superb AC! It's needed for sure in Florida! All in all - we were very happy with the stay.

Extended Family Vacation

The house was impressive with all the beautiful bedrooms and baths. The beds were comfortable and the huge kitchen, dining & living room gave everyone plenty of space. The best part though was the heated pool that the littles just would not leave...and the water park was a big hit too! We had 4 generations and I think everyone had a wonderful time!

Best Trip Ever!

This house had the perfect location for Disney World, the perfect size (all 9 of us had plenty of space), no houses behind us just the pond, grocery stores close by, resort had waterpark, and the property manager was very responsive! We enjoyed the complete week!

Comfort and Convenience with a Few Hiccups: Our VRBO Experience

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO that provided both convenience and comfort during our trip. Our primary purpose was to attend a 3-day convention, and this property happened to be located in close proximity to the Marriott convention center. Additionally, while we weren't in town specifically for DisneyWorld, it’s worth noting that it was nearby as well. The VRBO itself was a welcoming and comfortable place to call home during our stay. The spacious rooms and cozy atmosphere added to our overall enjoyment. It was especially convenient to have a comfortable space to unwind after long days at the convention. Although we encountered a few minor issues during our stay, the homeowner's excellent communication and prompt responses overshadowed these inconveniences. Their attentiveness to our needs was commendable, and they were quick to address any concerns we had. Their ability to promptly resolve the problems we encountered left a positive impression on us. Overall, we would rate our experience at this VRBO as 5 stars. The convenience of the location, the comfort of the accommodation, and the homeowner's excellent communication and promptness made our stay enjoyable. The minor issues we encountered did not significantly impact our overall satisfaction. We would gladly consider staying here again for future trips and would recommend it to others, taking into account the small issues we mentioned.

Place was clean and the manager's communication was prompt, which was very helpful. There was a little struggle getting the temperature of the jacuzzi/pool to be hot enough, but the manager tried to work with us on it. Overall, though, a good experience.

Memorial fun time.

We had a wonderful time. The house was spacious and beautiful. This weekend we celebrated my mom, and to our great surprise the home had her favorite color, yellow and butterflies. The bridge was a quick walking distance which was perfect for us to release butterflies in honor of her and in the evening we lit up lanterns to celebrate her. We did inform the owner that the coffee pot was not working. No one ever showed up with one that worked. However, we searched and found an old one. The place was extremely cold and we were not successful in adjusting the temperature. Other than that, we had a blast in the pool and the game room.

Quiet, Safe, and Spacious

Our group of six adults and one small dog had the BEST time staying at this property. Very comfortable. Very clean. Very spacious. I felt guilty going to the parks because it would have been so much more relaxing just to stay on property, reading outside on the screened-in back porch, floating along the lazy river, or having snacks in the massive kitchen. The host, Ricardo, was amazingly quick to answer questions, fix tiny issues, and there’s not a massive list to complete before checking out. We would choose this Luxury Villa over and over again. Zero complaints - only praise! Notes on property photos: YAY ACCURATE PHOTOS & (1) the back of the white couch is adjustable & turns into a very comfortable headrest; (2) true, no basketball game, but we didn’t care; (3) the projector upstairs might only work with DVDs, but unsure if any are provided; (4) everything seems even more spacious than it looks online, including the pool! Notes on Storey Lake Resort: Loved it. We never felt unsafe or harassed by loud music or cars. Centrally located to restaurants, shopping, and theme parks. Tips: Call the front desk before heading to the resort pool to understand what info is required to get in & the cost of extras like minigolf and kayaking. It’s an easy walk away if you’re fit, but if you indulge at the tiki bar you may want to book a complimentary golf cart ride back to your Villa so you don’t get lost (yes - it happened). *no compensation or coercion - opinions 100% mine*
