Located in the beautiful Encore Resort at Reunion, this spacious 6 bedroom/ 7 bath can sleep up to 14 guests comfortably. This vacation home is equipped with a game room, private pool w/built-in spa, and plenty of free parking, making it the perfect place to host and entertain.

Encore Resort is primely located just 6 miles from Disney World, 17 miles from Universal, 15 miles to Sea World and 26 miles from Orlando International airport. This luxurious home really does have everything to make your family vacation truly memorable!

THE SPACE:
Dripping with modern flair, this open concept dining area comfortably seats 8, with an additional 4 stools set at the gourmet breakfast bar. Impress your guests with your culinary skills in this contemporary kitchen, fully stocked with stainless appliances, a center island, and plenty of cabinet space.

Whether you’re kicking back with the family for a popcorn-clad movie night or cuddling up to that someone special with a glass of wine, you’ll love relaxing in this spacious main living room with 3 cozy couches, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a sliding glass door that offers a scenic view of your very own private pool.

Conveniently located on the main floor, the master suite features a king size bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, two large windows and a door that leads directly to your patio and tropical oasis. In addition, the en-suite bathroom showcases a double vanity and large stall shower, providing you with everything you need to relax and recharge.

Upstairs you will find a superhero designed hang out spot! - Perfect for the kids and teens in your family. Festooned with Superman, Batman, and Spiderman wall decals and pillows upon the three-seater couch, this domain comes complete with its own wall-mounted flat-screen TV and game console.

Next, we present a themed bedroom so remarkable that even the dark side couldn’t resist. Two full beds adorned with Star Wars comforters, decorative Death Star, X-Wing, and TYE Fighter wall displays, an en-suite bathroom, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. It is safe to say that the force is strong with this room, young Padawan.

Just down the hall you will find a room with a king size bed, rustic bedroom set, as well as a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Feel like royalty and enjoy free reign of this private bathroom with a walk-in shower. This charming room is perfect for anyone who is part of the gang but looking for that extra touch of privacy with their stay.

Or, if quaint tranquility is what your heart desires, next door features a queen size bed, draped with piercing blue fabrics that harken back to the sea. Highlighting its own wall-mounted flat-screen TV and bathroom with a walk-in shower, you’ll be sure to achieve true serenity.

Next door, aqua washed walls, a queen size bed, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a bathtub/shower combo, offers you a fresh and stylish option.

Believe it or not, the master suite has a twin located upstairs! Featuring a king size bed, two large windows framing the bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom that highlights a double vanity and walk-in shower.

Out back, you’ll find an expansive veranda and a private pool with a decadent built in spa, overlooking the lush and lavish open sprawl. No shoes? No shirt? No problem!

While guests are not permitted to access any resort amenities, you can turn up the temperature in your pool and turn your spa into a hot tub by adding an optional pool and spa heat package for only $35/day + tax.
**We recommend adding this option to your reservation between the months of November and April.**

A perfect hangout

This house had everything needed for a bunch of old high school buddies just needing a place to hang out. It had the most seating available in the living room than other places I was researching.The location was ideal right off of the interstate as well. I will definitely look for this house the nextntime

Family vacation

The house looked exactly like the photos. It was a nice size. Only issue was hot water only worked in the daytime in two bedrooms, the furniture needed to be professionally cleaned and the pool was not heated until Day 2 of our 4 day stay. The staff were great and for the most part responsive. I would definitely stay again.

Great home for family

I recently stayed at this home to celebrate my Mother's birthday with family. The home was very spacious and accommodated our family and invited guests. Check in was smooth and there were no issues. The area is very nice and gate security friendly compared to my experience at other gated communities. I would rate this property overall as a 5, however, I found the cleaning subpar. The property also need more pots and pans. Missing small things like bottle openers, corkscrew opener, etc. Also need more sturdy large spoons and spatulas for cooking. Overall, I enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Rental was beautiful just as shown in pics, however there was no hot water to 2 of the bedrooms.

Overall would stay again but did have a hard time contacting anyone after check in which was disappointing as there were minor issues I would've liked to have addressed.

The property had the perfect amount of room for our family but the house needs some work. Being advertised at the price we paid the home should be kept in perfect shape. The couches were cloth and very dirty to look at. They were full of stains. The carpet was vacuumed but just looked dirty. The entrance of the house wall and staircase were dirty to look at. The kids room decorations were falling off the wall. Definitely not enough towels to Service 14 family members. We had a good time as a family it was just sad to see they don't keep up with the upkeep of the home.

Mini girls vacay

This house was exactly as pictured. It was exactly enough space for all of us. The house was nicely decorated and the bathrooms in each room made it perfect for 12 women. However the cleanliness of the house was subpar. It was dog hair all over the couches, terrible stains on the couches as well, trash all along the yard in the back from and side. Trash bags piled in the front of the house which sparked the attention of the patrol officer who I caught taking pictures and had to explain that I didn't do it. One of my biggest complaints is that at no time does anyone call you it's all via email. I will say they did get in touch with me promptly though.

A Gem!!!

We absolutely adored this home. Please do not let my property management rating discourage you. There was enough space for our large group. We were there for AAU nationals, and had a family of 5. The home was clean, kid friendly and close to all the shopping centers. It’s too bad the water park isn’t included. Thanks to one of the owners who really took to our players….she allowed them entry to the water park on behalf of herself..which was awesome. Everyone in the neighborhood were kind and polite. There is a basketball and tennis court on site as well. When we arrived we noticed the handle tot he stove was completely off…and the fridge wasn’t keeping our items cold. The property management took 2 days after reporting the issue to respond. I’m not sure if the delay was due to an issue w/ the answering service…but I know I called 5 times. After someone finally came out …everything else was smooth sailing.

Great home, horribly managed

I booked this home and was originally very excited about it when i arrived. It wasnt until my checkout that experienced a very disappointing experience. I was planning to write a great review but the managing team of this home Casiola really disappointed me. I was running late on checkout due to loosing something very important. I received a call from Rachel who i advised of the reason for the tardy and she stated to leave the jome as soon as possible. I quickly rushed to get my things out of the house only to get an email stating i was being charged for cleaning fees and a late check out. I was never advised of an additional charge OR that the charge would allow me to stay until 2pm. I could have finished my packing correctly and not feel as i was being thrown out. That is huge when you have small children. Additionally, there was no garbage bin outside for anh trash to be thrown out. When i advised Bria the other rep of this, she said we shoild jave thrown it there. How am i suuposed to know this?? I also paid a cleaning fee up front for me to do my own dishes and throw out the trash?? What was i paying the fee then for? I also was charged for dirty towels being left in the bathroom floor. Thats where all the towels are usually kept to indicate they are not clean. Finally, check out information was emailed to me and i didnt reveive it till i was literally at the airport. No way i would have known what needed to be done but they had no problem charginf the fee. Very very upset with the service
