Guest access
On the ground floor, you will find two master suites both with king beds. The main master suite has sliding glass doors out to the pool area. The other ground floor master suite offers extra privacy in the annex separated from the main house by the courtyard, both including 65-inch SMART TVs.

Head up to the second floor to find a gaming hallway and the other six bedrooms. Just by the stairs, you'll discover two TV gaming stations, one featuring an Xbox One and another with a PS4. Guests of all ages can bring their favorite video games to enjoy with two controllers each.

Two of the bedrooms on the second floor are kids' bedrooms, including the toy-inspired kids' bedroom, where your little ones can shrink down to the size of their favorite famous toy characters, and the jungle-inspired bedroom inspired by a magical riverboat cruise attraction. The kids' rooms both have two full over full bunk beds. The villa has four other master bedrooms with king-sized beds. All of the bedrooms in this villa have their own bathroom and a 55-inch SMART TV (master suites include 65-inch SMART TVs).

Just outside of the upstairs bedrooms you'll discover two TVs with an Xbox and PS4, perfect for guests of any age to game on while winding down from a fun day out.

Best vacay!!

We all had such an awesome time!! This resort is amazing! The house is very big, with super high ceilings, makes it feel so spacious with so many people staying together.The management and the host were a pleasure to deal with. Lots of locks weren’t working between some bathrooms and bedrooms, plus the cleanliness wasn’t 100%. But we really did enjoy and would definitely recommend staying here!

Very Nice, But Could Have Been Perfect

This large and luxurious home (beautiful bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, awesome theater, exciting/fun game room, large pool, hot tub, etc.) was a very good value. Everyone in my family, 5 kids (age 5 to 13), and 10 adults, enjoyed themselves immensely and will have lasting memories. That said, I have three criticisms/disappointments. 1) We arrived in the evening but could not gain access to the home until a couple of hours later (a house breaker tripped which caused the electronic entrance code to fail). The property management people did not have an appreciation for our situation, which prompted me to call the owner (Steve). He provided a quick resolution. 2) Due to renovations, the Reunion Water Park was not open. However, Reunion made alternative arrangements to allow us to have access to another water park. That park was not as nice as the one that Reunion offered. So, if I knew this in advance, I may have booked a different week (when the Reunion water park was open). 3) Hurricane Milton interrupted our trip. No, I am not blaming anyone for the Hurricane. A team of maintenance personnel were sent to the house to make it ready for the storm. I.e., outdoor furniture was moved inside the house. The furniture was placed off to the side in the main living area. That was not a problem. But after the storm, the crew did not return to put the furniture back outside. My family did that chore.

Review

House is great. Maintenance can be improved. Two video games did not work. Maintenance person fixed them. Video audio equipment in movie rm did not work. Maintenance person responded but could fix it only partially. Lounge chairs by pool were broken and unusable.

We had a great experience over the long holiday weekend at this property. It was well stocked and exactly as advertised. Steve was prompt with his responses and easy to communicate with. I would definitely do it again.
