vehicles, or watercraft are permitted.
* Guests must dispose of trash daily in designated areas to maintain
cleanliness.
* There is no daily housekeeping service included, but mid-stay
cleaning can be requested for an additional fee.
* Additional charges may apply if damages occur or extra cleaning is
needed.

Use of Amenities

* Pool heating is available for $35 per day with a minimum of two
consecutive days, must be requested 48 hours in advance, and may
not function in cold weather.
* Mail packages up to 30 lbs are accepted for a fee, while packages
over 30 lbs are not accepted. USPS deliveries are not received.

Delivery and Service Policies

* Meals can be delivered directly to the house.
* Guests are responsible for any issues arising from online
purchases, and certain delivery restrictions apply.
