Please review the following information carefully before your stay.



### Parking



To avoid HOA violations and possible towing, all guests must follow these parking rules:



- Parking is permitted on the driveway only.

- Street parking is strictly prohibited at all times. Vehicles parked on the street may be towed by the HOA without prior notice.

- Do not park on the sidewalk or block pedestrian walkways.

- Vehicles may not be parked on or driven over the grass or lawn under any circumstances.

- All vehicles must remain fully within the driveway area.



### Check-In and Check-Out



- Check-in begins at **4:00 PM**.

- Check-out is by **10:00 AM**.

- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee of **$45 per hour**, subject to availability.



Please contact us in advance if you would like to request early check-in or late check-out so we can confirm availability.



### Trash and Waste Disposal



All trash must be placed in **13-gallon trash bags** and disposed of in the trash bins located at the front of the house.



Trash is collected every morning by the HOA.



### Pool and Spa Heating — Optional



Pool and hot tub heating is available for **$35 per day**.



For the best possible water temperature upon arrival, we recommend requesting pool heat at least **three days in advance**.



### Grill Rental — Optional



A four-burner grill is available for **$105 per week**, including one full propane tank.



- Additional days: **$15 per day**

- Extra propane refill: **$40**



### Starter Supplies



We provide a starter supply of trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels.



For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they may need.



### Towel Policy



Bath towels are provided for indoor bathroom use only.



The pool towels provided at the home are intended exclusively for use in the private pool area. If you plan to visit the clubhouse pool, water park, beach, or any other off-site location, please bring your own towels from home.



### Quiet Hours



Quiet hours are from **10:00 PM to 7:00 AM**.

Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by car with free parking included during your stay.



Guests can also use a taxi service or a rideshare company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.



Other Things to Note:

Guests are required to register in the gate system.

Resort pass sharing is not allowed.

Our cleaning/maintenance team has a cleaning schedule and they need adequate time to prepare the property for the next guests arrival

If you have a flight that does not depart until later in the day, have no fear! You will still have access to the resort amenities until your departure



Amenities at the property

- Towels provided are only for bathroom usage, please bring your own towels from home for pool, beach, waterpark etc. usage

- Starter amounts are provided for these amenities, they will most likely be insufficient for the duration of your stay

- You will need to buy extras of these on your own if you need more as we do not provide more than the given starter amount

In addition to all this, there’s also a convenience store for any last-minute items and treats.
