The property features a private swimming pool, outdoor BBQ area, pool table, and full access to the resort's amenities, all within easy reach of Orlando's world-famous theme parks.
Guests can spend the day at the community pool and hot tub while younger visitors cool off at the splash playground. The home is also conveniently located near several popular local destinations, including Old Town Kissimmee, approximately 2 miles away, Shingle Creek Regional Park, about 2.5 miles away, and the charming Town of Celebration, just 5 miles from the property. It's also a pet-friendly, you can bring 4 lovely pets maximum.

Access code to the digital lock will be provided prior to arrival. Please note that Casago Orlando does not operate a 24-hour check-in desk.

• We provide a small starter kit, which includes:

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 hand soap per bathroom
1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom
1 sponge
1 dishwasher soap
1 paper towel in the kitchen
1 laundry detergent
1 garbage bag
Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.
Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. Please note that guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. There is a washer and drier at the house.
Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

Rules and guidelines:

PARKING: Vehicles must be parked only in designated parking areas. The house provides parking for 4 vehicles (in the driveway and garage) , depending on their size, as long as they do not block or touch the sidewalk and any grass area.
IMPORTANT: Parking on the street is strictly prohibited. Any illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense. For additional parking, a gravel area next to the Clubhouse is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, oversized vehicles, or cars with loud modifications. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted.

POOL – We clean the pool weekly with or without guests. If you would like to be notified of the date of the inspection, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, if you need assistance, we will be more than happy to send an specialist.

PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities allowed. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACCATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise that violates local laws.
