The Space:

Step inside to a bright, open-concept living space filled with natural light. The main living room features comfortable seating and a large Smart TV—perfect for movie nights or relaxing together after a day at Disney.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, including full-size appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. Gather around the spacious dining area or enjoy additional seating at the breakfast bar.

Open the sliding glass doors and step outside to one of the highlights of the home: your private pool & spa overlooking the lake. The covered lanai and outdoor dining area make it easy to enjoy breakfast by the water, an afternoon swim, or a relaxing evening outdoors.

Upstairs, a second living area gives your group even more room to spread out. With comfortable sofas and a large TV, it’s a great hangout space for kids and teens—or simply another place to relax when everyone wants a little extra space.

The fun continues beyond the theme parks! Kids and adults can enjoy the home's game room, while beautifully designed themed bedrooms bring some of their favorite worlds to life.

Important Guest Information



🚗 Parking



A maximum of five vehicles is permitted per reservation. All vehicles must comply with community parking regulations.



🕓 Check-In and Check-Out



- Check-in begins at **4:00 PM**

- Check-out is by **10:00 AM**



Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee of **$45 per hour**, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance if you would like to request this service so we can confirm availability.



🗑️ Trash and Waste Disposal



All trash must be placed in **13-gallon trash bags** and deposited in the trash bins located at the front of the house. Trash is collected every morning by the HOA.



🏊 Pool and Spa Heating — Optional



Pool and hot tub heating is available for **$35 per day**. For the best possible water temperature upon arrival, we recommend requesting pool heat at least three days in advance.



🔥 Grill Rental — Optional



A four-burner grill is available for **$105 per week**, including one full propane tank.



- Additional rental days: **$15 per day**

- Additional propane refill: **$40**



🧻 Starter Supplies



A starter supply of trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels is provided. For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they may need.



🛁 Towel Policy



Bath towels are provided for indoor bathroom use only. Pool towels provided at the home may only be used in the private pool area.



If you plan to visit the clubhouse pool, water park, beach, or any other off-site location, please bring your own towels.



🔇 Quiet Hours



Quiet hours are from **10:00 PM to 7:00 AM**. Please be respectful of the neighbors and surrounding community.
