We visit Florida at least once a year and this was our favorite stay yet! Close to everything but not right on a main drag with traffic VERY kid friendly. Clean, plenty of towels and typical household items! Would absolutely come back to this exact one if possible!

Enjoyed our stay at this property so much we've stayed at several houses in the Orlando Kissimmee area and this was by far the best one. We have a large family and there was literally five kid beds left untouched there's so much room and so many things to do. The property is a generous and amazing house. It was great for our family of 13. (8 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 children (6,7 & 9)).The pool was clean and delightful. The game room was amazing and the bedrooms were large and comfortable. The young children adored sleeping in the “Starwars” bedroom. The house is only 15” from the Magic Kingdom and Epcot.Our family had a great time and definitely would recommend this vacation home.

Our stay at this property was very good. From arrival to departing. Easy to access, location was great with a view of the water from the back patio. We spent most days (when we weren't out touristing) on the patio and in the pool. We did have a small issue with the heated pool, but the management company dealt with it immediately. The house is mostly as shown and in good condition. We did use the home theatre a little and the games room. The basketball game didn't work but everything else did. We did use the kitchen and found it was fairly well equipped. Some pans could use replacing sometime, but all appliances worked well and I was glad for the air fryer. The themed bedrooms were great and the grandkids loved them. Bathrooms and other bedrooms were exactly as shown. No issues with AC, washer and dryer or anything else. I would recommend the home and dealing with the property managers anytime. Thanks for hosting us!

This home met all of our needs during our stay from the movie room to the conference table area for our meeting. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. I do wish that there was a way to turn down the volume on the race car game when not in use, even with the doors closed to the game room, it was very loud and could be heard in the bedroom across the hall.

We loved our stay! We had a total of 10 people and there was more than enough room for people to spread out. The kids loved having access to the arcade, pool and movie room. The home was close to the parks and other entertainment. Check in/Check out was seamless. The home was very clean and well stocked. We loved being able to have down days and no one was bored. The kids were asking to come back before we even left! We will definitely book again on our next trip!

Location and home were fantastic. The communication and ease of check-in were great from the property manager. There is plenty of space to spread out and the game room, theater room and pool were great. Only area to improve would be the kitchen utensils and pots and pans. Several of the pans were unusable and there was not enough pans and cooking utensils to cook for eight people (there are plenty of dishes and silverware to feed eight). The check out process was very easy. Loved the place and would stay there again.
